Food tasted hard and old. Not very appealing looking. My quesorito was missing beef and had ingredients I never asked for. The manager whos name is I believe Eric was rude. Said that if I didnt like it I could go eat somewhere else. Waited 40 minutes in drive thru to get horrible service and inedible food.
I will NOT be going back to this taco bell. And will be telling others as well.

I had just traveled across the country going to multiple Taco Bell locations, and James easily delivered the best Taco Bell experience.
The lobby was bustling with customers, but any question we had, James was quick to help us with and resolve.
This man deserves a raise.

Order was supposed to be ready at 3:00 pm. Wasn’t ready until 3:12. That’s not fast food. Especially when the order was placed at 2:51. I’m sure nobody in the drive-through has to wait 22 minutes for their order. You guys need a serious overhaul at that store

I like Taco Bell food. I just really hate the dining experience now. I don’t want to have to use a kiosk. Some people would still like their order taken, Sit down and have a decent lunch. It took me 5 minutes just to get someone’s attention. Then she walked me over to the kiosk to take my order. It was quiet because nobody there. They just slide your food over the counter and walk away without a smile or a thank you. Don’t worry I will be there a lot less frequently. Only if I want to eat a burrito in my van.

I had a poor experience at this taco bell location on a Tuesday evening. It was incredibly busy and took almost 15-20 minutes for my order to be prepared after ordering from the app and the kiosk. The Mexican pizza I ordered was sloppily put together in a hurry and was light on the ingredients (half of it didn’t even have beans) and tomatoes only in the middle. I would recommend going to another location if you want your food made properly.

Terribly slow!!! Suppose to be fast food! Couldn’t get a refund unless you called an 800 number! So we were stuck waiting! After a 50 min wait this was our Mexican Pizzas!

Before I start this review, allow me to state that. I understand that I’m giving a 5 star. Review to a taco bell…. With that being said, I do believe that good service should be not only rewarded but shined a bright light on. And this crew that works during the lunch shift is on point. They always make sure to hook it up! I am not saying that they are making excessive food. But what they are doing is making something much more important a consistent product. If you want something that looks like the food you ordered off of the menu, then make sure to head over to this location’s taco bell. Live mas
