Arrived one evening for dinner.
Ordered sandwich and fries no salt.
Guess what came with extra salt, the fries.
Should have known by the look of the sidewalk outside the building coated in grease, the back of the house -kitchen is a train wreck.

Waited over an hour for our curbside food order. When my husband went in to let them know he had been waiting for an hour he was told “well you see how busy we are.” Then when he received our food he was told “if it’s cold we recommend heating it in the microwave.” Our food had been sitting on the counter waiting for someone to bring it out to us for an hour. This is unacceptable customer service. I have worked in fast food service and I know it can be overwhelming when you busy, but you don’t speak to customers like this. I tried to call the store and they didn’t answer. The mailbox was full as well.

I don’t know what has happened to the Culver’s we used to love. The last two visits we were served burgers that were just horrible. Dried out and definitely not freshly cooked. Their burgers used to be hot and juicy. With all the burger choices up and down Medical Center Pkwy we still chose to spend a bit more to order from Culver’s. Did you guys hire a new manager or change some policy, or what? I think that was probably our last visit to this location.

I had a graving for a Culver double cheese burger since moving here from Charleston SC . Drive through on point as expected, curb side delivery on point as expected. Taste of my burger was a huge huge disappointment, bread was cold , cheese wasn’t even melted . Ugh . Fries were great , Chocolate shake was great. But that graving for that double not melted cold cheese burger killed the rest. With In and Out down the street I would highly advise some kitchen over site .

Had a hair in my food. It was a drive through order so I thought I could just call and get a refund. some shift lead took the call. Her name was Leila or some variation of that name. Asked for a refund. She said she needed proof then hung the phone up on me. Very nasty young person. Dive all the way to the restaurant and she didn’t even look at the food. Wasted loads of my time. Only refunded my meal. Never will go back. I’m going to post the proof here since she didn’t want to see it. The old owners would never employ someone so nasty. She also told me that calling to complain on her would do no good since the owner basically didn’t care.

Bad service and cold food on a very busy Sunday right after Christmas can be forgiven. However, a filthy ladies bathroom cannot. The toilets have not been cleaned in a very long time. Thick dust coats the top of the soap dispenser indicating it hasn’t been wiped down in a very long time and neither has the area around the sink. Overflowing trash bins and personal hygiene bins along with trash on the floor indicates no one is tending to the restrooms. A poor dining experience can be forgiven as a ‘bad day’ for the staff. But that restroom is a direct reflection on the cleanliness of the entire restaurant…. I wonder how clean the kitchen is.

Ordered $80. 4 sandwhiches, chicken fingers, and a salad for my crew at work. All of the drinks were labeled wrong and we were missing an entire sand which. I called and they said all they could do was give a refund. No other info. I request a refund and get $4 back NOT EVEN THE FULL REFUND. And then was just told through chat that my refund could not be fulfilled. Stealing money and giving out incomplete /wrong orders. Along with incorrect information given by the manager and customer service Def wont be going here again!!

I went to this Culver’s last night and waited 55 minutes in the drive thru line. No, that is not an exaggeration. I asked the employee who delivered my food why the wait was so long and he just said they were slammed. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to cook a burger no matter how slammed you are. Meanwhile, I saw people go in and out of the front door very quickly with their food. So if you dare go here, I’d suggest not doing the drive thru because they clearly have issues.

I just felt the need to say this about Alexis ♥️♥️♥️♥️ I have never met such a kind soul as her. She is more than just a worker she sees people well which is definitely the heart of God. Her customer service is excellent but she moves around the restaurant loving on people making sure they are good not just the food her smile is contagious and she is a blessing and a great asset to this establishment. I’m middle aged but there are a lot of you kids and elderly people that come here and she is exactly what they need with all that’s happening in the world clone Alexis‼️♥️
