Breakfast, lunch and dinner options are all great and the different options to choose from are great! I love to use the app and my meal is ready for pick up in 10 minutes or you can choose your best pick up time. Opelika location has been the best place thus far on always getting my orders right and the food always being fresh and tasting great.

Today Dec 21 2025 at 11:45 am I specifically gave my order in the drive through. When got home with it it was not what I ordered. This will be my last time to support this business and will also let my friends know about the lousy service. It’s not the first time!. I’ve been there before and ordered fried chicken and was told they didn’t have any! Asked why and told the cook didn’t come in. This was on a Sunday morning as well same time of day! You either need to train these employees or hire a manager that can manage or maybe just close the place! I’ve lived here in opelika 65 years and can’t believe your service!

This Jack’s is in a convenient location for both locals & travelers to stop in for a quick bite to eat.
During our most recent drive thru visit we experienced a problem with our order. The menu item was replaced quickly, however, we were not refunded for the additional charge that was incorrectly added to our bill. I would recommend that you are sure to check your order & promptly bring any issues to the attention of the staff.

This is the Jacks I had stopped in Opelika, Alabama and ate at. The food was cold not even warm and the food ran all over the plate and into the bag. It was very sloppy and the service was awful. I would not recommend this Jacks what’s in Opelika, Ala to no ONE because you are just wasting your money and time for nothing

Well, I can say that the cashier was kind, but the cook did not get the order right. My kiddos are picky in the sense that they like it simple. Burgers with meat and cheese, nothing else. The cook somehow managed to add ketchup to two of the burgers and left the cheese off the third one. This was after waiting 10 minutes for fast food when we were the ONLY customers.
They re-made the order and got it right, but I do think they could have gone the extra mile to bring the order to where we were seated since they did mess it up. My hopes weren’t very high based on the ratings, but this just reinforces that ratings are largely accurate.
