At the second window, I was handed a hot mocha. When I explained the issue, the drink was poured over ice, but it was not prepared correctly and was missing the chocolate flavoring, whipped cream, and syrup and it was still hot because she didn’t add enough ice. I tried to keep it, hoping it would cool down due to the cold weather, but unfortunately it did not and wasn’t drinkable, so it was discarded. It was too nasty to drink.
Considering the prices, I was disappointed with the quality of both the service and the food. To make matters worse, when my husband began eating his fries, we found a long curly hair in them, which neither of us have.
I’ve never experienced this many issues with a single order at one location. Additionally, the staff member appeared irritated that I didn’t accept the hot mocha, even though we were very clear—more than three times—that the order was for an iced mocha. Having previously worked at a McDonald’s, I know this is not how the drink is made nor how customer service should be handled. I hope this feedback helps improve accuracy and overall service moving forward.
-Men’s bathroom was bad and had no soap.
-Hand sanitizers were empty.
-Floor was disgusting. Various food and trash in it. And it was all oily and sticky.
-Food ordered was cold and hard. Had to get a replacement. It was also the wrong thing.
-No straws in the lobby.
-Nothing to put the ketchup in from the dispenser.
-Every single table we went to set at was filthy. Food crumbs all over and or liquids.
On the plus side, the cashier was super nice and took care of everything and was very friendly.
But overall, I wont be going back to this location. Just way too dirty and unclean. And it seems like the food has set in the warmer way past its time…
Obvious doing a mobile order at this location is not a good idea!!

I am compelled to wonder how these places stay in business. I know, it’s McDonalds. It’s a huge chain, and it’s too big to fail. It is also apparently disconnected from its customers. Get em in, get their money, get em out! To hell with the QUALITY of each individual product! It’s a sad commentary on what we’ve become. There is NO excuse for a reputable company to succumb to such complacency! Either you care about your customer, or you don’t. Period.
The product I received tells me you don’t.
Next time, maybe I should pack sandwich fixings for the road. And at least it could be made right and taste good.

No issue with food or it’s quality, great tasting and fresh.

Order was literally dumped on the counter and she walked away, asked for spoon and napkins looked up at the ceiling and rolled her eyes again.

– NO APOLOGY EVEN THEIR OWN MISTAKE rather INSIST THAT IS WHAT I ORDERED KIND OF RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
