Every time I come here for a frappe-they NEVER fill the coffee up. The just add more whipped cream to make it seem like they’re filling it. For these being around $5 the least you can do is fill it up. This is every single time

Got my burgers wrong even though they got the labels right.
Supposed to be no cheese, extra onions and ketchup.
But you can clearly see there’s cheese and no onions.
Gave me my drinks then made me pull forward and wait 10 minutes for my food!
Which is where I took the picture from my car: Why is the American flag outside ripped and torn and flying lower than the Illinois flag?
Got home only to realize they screwed up my food and the milk shake was melted and gross.
This one has gotten bad.
Constantly messing up the orders, nasty cold fries, forgetting things you ordered and it’s especially bad if you use the drive thru.

This is one of the best McDonald’s in the area, always great service. The staff is very kind and always on top of things. There is a young hispanic gentleman in particular who is usually at the drive through or up front, he usually has a grimace shirt or hoodie on. He is very attentive to customers, and always make sure orders are correct.

It was awful. Check your food before leaving the café. Instead of your order, you may receive something completely different and significantly different in price. I didn’t even want a replacement. They were very rude to me and didn’t apologize. I do not recommend it.

This particular McDonald’s is absolutely disgusting. Every time the burgers are hard and crusty, fries are cold, overall disgusting. Avoid this location if you don’t want to throw it away after one nasty bite.

I am not usually a McDonald’s person, stopped in anyway. Ordered the deluxe spicy chicken meal. First few bites were tough and un chewable. I discreetly brought it to manager attention and he quickly got me a replacement sandwich!

It was just terrible. I came in, placed my order, and they didn’t give me… Well, they said my order was ready, but when I came to pick it up, about 70 percent of what I ordered was missing. There was no burger, no ice cream, no spoon, no water. It was all just awful. Absolutely awful. And when I asked for the missing items, they handed them to me like I was trying to steal something. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in the last couple of months.

Horrible! ALWAYS screw up orders and then when you try to call to ask about a missing item from your order they don’t answer the phone. I called 7 times and NO ONE answered.
