Arrived a half hour after they opened and people were inside so that was a great sign that the food was good.
The food smelled so good I started eating before I remembered to take a picture. Lol
Brisket was amazing. I got the fatty cut with okra, and green beans. Everything tasted amazing. The sauce had a kick without being spicy. The brisket melted in my mouth, and the green beans had a smokey flavor that I really enjoyed.
My only warning, the potato salad has ranch in it so if you don’t like ranch don’t get potato salad.
This place really feels and tastes like good southern BBQ.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Papa Buck’s BBQ for a South African-style BBQ for clients, and I must say they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the initial booking, to learning to make a South African cake, to the final clean-up, the team was extremely accommodating, professional, and friendly. They even allowed us to have specialty sausages and seasons drop shipped from a South African butcher to their restaurant for that authentic flavor.
The team at Papa Buck’s BBQ, led by Jeremiah, Seth, and Ney-Ney, not only provided delicious food that surpassed our expectations but also took care of all the details, including set-up and presentation. Their attentive staff ensured everyone had what they needed, making the dining experience truly exceptional.

Holy crap their beef brisket is insane. I did the sandwich. Absolute perfect amount of fat in there and their original BBQ sauce is outstanding.

Brisket moist: amazing! Burnt ends platter amazing! Stopped here otw to SW FL, I’m so glad I stopped here instead of pizza Hut. I was in a hurry and the food was ready before I finished my cigarette. The two girls at the front counter have a wonderful personality. Very welcoming.

As a truck driver it’s hard to find some good BBQ. This place was right next to the truck stop so I had to try it. They gave a good amount of food for a very reasonable price. I ordered the 2 meat combo and everything was so good. I will definitely come back.

Our waitress was nice ! Bbq was good. They only smoke turkey on Thursday so if you want it hot make sure to go then. The sweet potato tots were good , the sweet bbq was good. The guys really liked the ribs and fatty brisket. Our bread came untoasted when it was suppose to be texas toast. The corn was on the cob and fried, super greasy. The Brunswick stew was kinda bland and soo many tomatoes
