Employee insulted me and laughed about me using coupons. Which is confusing; you work at McDonalds, and I’m eating at McDonalds.. we’re both not rich… why are you being rude? I came in and patiently waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. No one came. Finally, after softly saying “good morning.”, the lady came. I was as kind as you can be, saying “I appreciate you”, “take your time”, “please”, “thank you”… I don’t know why she does this. I live near by and come here often for breakfast but will not anymore. I’m being as transparent as possible; as someone with experience working retail/food, I was beyond kind and diplomatic. I couldn’t imagine a reason if I tried my hardest. This employee is an issue.

When busy, the display says all the orders are “now serving’ rather than “in progress.”. But the orders are not really ready. No drink refill station but there are uncovered electrical outlets to charge your phone, and seating at various heights, which kids like.

Bad customer service. The girl in the drive thru didn’t get my order right plus she charge me for a donation that she didn’t even ask if I want to donate. I was explaining to the guy in the second window my order was wrong and he responded with attitude and instead of fixing the problem he made it worse and we decided to leave.

The best time for me to go is in the am around 9. Super friendly staff and no lines. Dec 14 update ordered chicken sandwich and free medium fries. Sandwich looks good fires looks jipped but they’re free so it is what it is. Staff super friendly as usual

Good place. I hate that noise from the orders, but I guess that’s needed for the workers so they see what they need to do. Other than that, I have no complains. Wait time wasn’t bad, and service was great.

Went to this McDonald’s with a courtesy coupon for a free meal sent to me by (I believe) the Palm Beach County McDonald’s office. They wouldn’t accept it. I had to pay for food out of pocket after calling Walmart corporate and being told there’s nothing they could do. Not sure if it’s just my imagination, but the soda I got after that also tasted a little off, so I didn’t even bother drinking it. I hope none of the employees spit in it, because there was one in a yellow shirt who was rude to me when I tried to redeem the meal. Honestly, I’m disgusted. A McDonald’s location shouldn’t be able to just decide they’re NOT a McDonald’s whenever it’s convenient. Either they are or they aren’t.

It is a Mc Donald’s. However as for drive thru service this is one of the best. Super nice order takers, amazing people handing out food. I have never had an issue with not getting the riflght order even for special orders!
