⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Absolutely love this place!
The wings were perfectly crispy, the sauces were on point (Traditional Hot + Parmesan Garlic combo is unbeatable), and the boneless were juicy and flavorful too. Fries were hot and seasoned just right.
Huge shoutout to our server Erik – he was seriously great! Super friendly, attentive without being overbearing, quick with refills, and made sure everything came out fast and correct. Dude knows how to take care of a table.
Will definitely be back soon – thanks Erik and the whole BWW crew for an awesome visit!

Wow, I am SO disappointed with this place. I, and I’m sure the rest of you are, sick and tired of rising prices and shrinking portions. My wife and I stopped in for lunch and ordered their Pick 6 meal for 2. We both opted for the $3 upgrade for their buffalo ranch sandwiches. When I tell you this sandwich was little I mean just larger than a slider. Literally a 4 bite sandwich and the “chicken breast” was paper thin and smaller than the bun. I’ve had tenders that were larger and meatier!!!! Check the pictures. My wife ordered hers with wedges and they literally sprinkled some on her plate. I ordered the tots and they were the best part of the meal…hard to mess those up. I get it, your trying to generate business but wow at some point someone at their Corp HQ needs to say this is absurd, I would never pay for that!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY IM DONE WITH PLACE. You want a good value meal go to CHILI’S at least there you don’t feel like your getting robbed!!!

Walk right in and pick where you want to sit I love this! You can dine in or out with an open concept view. The food is really good service is always on point. The waitstaff is friendly and they work together to service you. I meet clients here for lunch, we eat off the Lunch $11-13 menu and received so much food for so cheap! I have been coming here for years and it hasn’t disappointed yet. Good leadership is everything. This is a top 5 favorite spot for me.

Not sure what’s been happening with the chain recently but the quality of this new chicken dippers is questionable. First time ordering this for my wife today and this is what we received.. My fingers are bigger than these pieces. Comes with small fries and corporate wants you guys to charge $10.99 for this 3 piece tiny slices of meat??? That’s theft.

The Shorewood location provided terrible service. I tried to complete my order online with my gift card but there was an issue with splitting the payment. So I went to the location to place my order but unfortunately the price was higher vs online. I explained the situation and showed the employee the issue with the online ordering system. The employee was no help and referred me to the manager. I explained the issue to the manager and asked if he could honor the online price. The manager told me there wasn’t anything he could do because of corporate. There was such a lack of customer service with the entire situation. The manager has discretion to help but refused. Issues occured and good companies go above and beyond to help. That did not happen. Absolutely disappointed with Shorewood Buffalo Wild Wings location.

Shrinkflation at its finest. Ordered a wing bundle and over half the wings are smaller than the standard in-home chicken nugget. Don’t know if it’s just this location but it seems likes whenever I order from the Shorewood location, my boneless wings look more like popcorn chicken than a boneless wing.

my group of 3 had possibly the worst experience possible. came in after a long day of work, ready for a nice cold beer and a couple of wings. we finally get seated after 15min, no big deal i get it. we sit down at our table and approximately 10 min after being seated we were givin the sever “bri”, oh boy if only i knew this would ruin my night. after being spit on 2 times while she’s taking, she finally got our beer order. beer was great, we place our food order, nothing complicated just some wings and a wrap. 25 min later, no food but almost out of beer, go to place another beer order and get told “ you gotta drink a little more then that honey” never in my life have i been so disrespected by someone who’s supposed to be serving me. but wait there’s more, after about 3 more rounds of attitude, we still had no beer… but that’s alright here comes the food. and as anyone could have guess it was wrong. i truly couldn’t recommend this place at all, terrible food, even worse service, and worst of all you leave still thirsty, thank you for you time.

My friends and I are regulars at this location. We usually don’t have complaints but today at 1:30 pm, we came and they took forever. Our server Lexi was rude and dismissed us. We ordered ranch with our wings and were given blue cheese. I am allergic. Honestly disappointed with this visit. Wings were also lacking sauce.

Terrible service and utensils super dirty dirt fell into the wad of napkins as well as smeared all over utensils.
We asked for a new set still terrible I ate with my fingers for a $100 .
I’ve never waited in such a long line to be seated with other while employees where eating in a booth .
No sense of urgency here also why can’t I pay at register instead I stood next to my booth to pay while my family was in a car .
We will not being going back food was super mid best part was drinks and curds lemon pepper wings drenched my son said he couldn’t eat them because of the sodium .
