Got up to the speaker to place my order, a simple order and the person taking the order was very rude and kept cutting me off and giving me a total. I wanted 2 2 pieces with a biscuit, dark meat on one and 2 chicken legs on the other. I was told they didn’t have chicken legs, when I asked about this she said it would be 4 minutes. That’s alright, I dont mind waiting for hot food. Again she gave me a total. I then ordered a order of Mac and cheese and was told they dont sell that anymore, there is a huge sign in drive thru advertising this, again a total. Then I asked for a small coke. A new total this time. I get to the 2nd windows and she hands me my drink , gives me the total as I am handing the drink to my granddaughter in the back seat. I get the money out and am counting it and she has her hand out telling me the total 2 more times, I finally told her just a second. I told her about the sind in drive thru and her response was I know but we dont sell it anymore. She pulled me forward and 7 minutes later she brings out food out. I told her to have a nice night and she just tossed her hand up as she walked away. This employee was very rude on every level, to the point my 9 and 15 year old grandchildren wondered why she had such a attitude. This kind of behavior is why I rarely come to this restaurant, seems like no one runs this store

I went to the drive thru with a simple order of 1 kids chicken fingers with a coke. I collected my order assuming it was correct. The bag was very warm I was happy I was going to have hot fries. 10 miles down the road I pulled out a Cheeto colored fry, not just orange it had layers of orange salt. I quickly washed it down what was supposed to be a cold coke, only again to be disappointed with a lukewarm, melting ice tea! So disappointing! I called to the store ask to speak to a manager, I was connected with “Braden” I tell him my situation and that I’m coming back to the store and I would like fresh fries no salt and a coke, simple! I get to the store to speak to Braden (who; btw has terrible hygiene smell of body odor) and he ask me if I want a refund. I said I want my food, he repeatedly ask me if I wanted a refund. I told him in a loud tone I want fresh fries with no salt and a coke! I got upset ask for his gm “Trisha”. By this time I am so upset I’m yelling at Trisha and the whole restaurant is in a tissy. This restaurant lacks customer service, hygiene, cleanliness, and common courtesy all together. In the end I left without fresh fries a coke and a supposed refund to my credit card! Do better Iuka Jacks! Also GM’s make sure your employees are taking care of their hygiene, it is very importance.

The food was just ok. The girl taking orders was flustered and didn’t even ask if we wanted any condiments. They put no napkins in the bag. My friend ordered the chicken biscuit and it tasted like it was cooked in old burnt grease. She didnt even eat it.

I have no idea what people and employees go through, and it’s none of my business. however one of the employees who took our order was rude as hell. im never one to judge someone for having a bad day, we all have them, but dont ever pass it on to me by being rude. anyway the food was fine but yeah rude employees

The food was fine, but having to go inside to use points at 1 pm on a Sunday resulted in a 45 minute wait (admittedly they took 30 minuets to actually “take” our order) for a 8 pc box of chicken and 2 boats of fries. And when we finally got our chicken, we had to ask for the fries becuase they forgot.

This was my first time eating at a Jack’s and it was a good experience (in spite of it being during covid-19 partial quarantine). We ordered three meals for about $19. The burger I had was good but not necessarily great. I did like the bun on it though as many fast food buns are terrible. However, the fries really got my attention. I noticed they had a yellow-orange color in spots so I thought they must be seasoned fries. When we ate them it was not what any of us expected. The flavor on them tasted exactly like the butter-salt flavoring on movie theater popcorn! It was strange at first but I really began to like it. I would definitely eat there again if I’m in the area.

Only reason I gave a 1star is there no 0!!! As a driver I have eaten at Jacks all over the south.This is my go 2 breakfast and I always have had a hot,well prepared meal in a clean restaurant.my biscuit was hard as a rock with the cheese hanging off stuck 2 paper,my hash rounds were soggy and ice cold,Bathrooms were nasty.

They must have been understaffed, because we had a little wait when we 1st walked in with no one in front of us. Also, I’ve noticed that Jack’s in numerous locations give very little fries with your order.
