This was a scam! I had a terrible experience…first of all, they serving is a joke, second…they forgot one of my burritos and third…the food was nasty and it got us all sick. For the money spent I felt robbed. They should not be selling that crap. Will never come back here or other taco bell, that’s how disappointing it was.

My food is always really fresh and accurate here. I had a bad experience with a delivery driver and only received 90% of my order I came in and they remade my entire order no problem and were very apologetic. Really appreciate the staff here!

Very poor service. Took for ever an the whole time the lady is taking my order another taco bell employee is steadily trying to talk to her about peeing. Not to mention didn’t get my order right, but because I had already spent to much time waiting on my food I had to deal with it. Worst taco bell I been to in along time. I Order Hardshell taco and chips-cheese and got this. Didnt get the taco or chips LOL i dont know if someone in the back was high but I’m not even mad but just in shock ; was really funny to open and see. Ok everyone be sure to open your bag before you drive off do not care if it holds up the person behind you. I did 3 stars because they have a habit of getting orders wrong I noticed.

Let me just say that this is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. This picture is from today, the most pathetic “grilled cheese burrito” I’ve ever seen. This is one of several bad experiences at this location. Another time I ordered this burrito and it was like this, very soggy and the cheese wasn’t even melted so it was just coming off. I ended up throwing it away. so the next time I came back to order and I requested that it please have the cheese melted and like a crust like it’s supposed to be. When I pulled to the window 2 female employees proceeded to scold me and raise their voices at me saying I was rude for asking that and when I asked to speak to the manager one of them claimed she was the manager. They were so aggressive that it actually scared me. On top of that happening, when I pulled away that day and took a bite out of my burrito there was a hair in it. I’m unsure why I came back today, months later, expecting it to be any better but I was starving and exhausted. I will say that the gentlemen at the window today was very kind, probably the only pleasant person working at this location. Needless to say I did not bother going back asking them to make it correctly, they clearly cannot and do not care to. This is the 4th time they’ve messed it up. Also, I know what the burrito should look like because I’ve had it at other locations and it was perfect. I will NOT be back again. I highly recommend avoiding this location because of the HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE food, and HORRIBLE workers.

I went at night at around 10 and the people were nice the service was fast and the food was very good only thing was that the crunch wrap I ordered had very little meat and a lot of lettuce but it was still good and I would not condemn anyone for it. Also I’m very sad taco bell no longer has fries i wish they brought back the fries.

I ordered breakfast from the drive thru and was disappointed. The service was great, friendly and fast but the food was not good. I was on my way to work so I stopped thru to get a quick bite. The problem was the quality of food. The hash browns was crisp like a potato chip and the iced coffee was weak in flavor. The crunch wrap was ok despite having charred spots on the tortilla. I threw away the hash brown and just enjoyed the cinnamon bites

I arrived to get a steak quesadilla around 9pm. For starters my quesadilla was folded like a envelope and was half the size. It was warm, cheese unmelted, and hardly any steak in it. Hard shell taco well lets just say made it into the trash can.

We ordered a cheese quesadilla but I revived a chicken quesadilla instead. This place is absolutely ridiculous. We are vegetarian and we can’t eat meat so receiving an order with meat is not acceptable. My daughter almost ate the queadailla but thankfully she asked me what was inside of it since she saw a piece of chicken outside the queadailla. We also made sure the receipt says CHEESE QUESADILLA and it did so it’s wrong for them to give us a chicken quesadilla. Also, this isn’t the first time we received a order with meat even though we ordered vegetarian options.
