would give 2 stars for the food and for the staff who welcomed me warmly upon arrival. The dishes were decent, and the initial service was pleasant.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. I had to wait almost an hour for my vegetables to be served. The delay was so long that the ice in my drink had completely melted by the time the vegetables finally arrived. This level of waiting time is unreasonable and significantly affected the enjoyment of the meal.
In addition, I would like to address an issue regarding professionalism. One staff member (the Sabah gentleman) was speaking loudly about customers within earshot of other diners. Regardless of the situation, such conversations should be handled discreetly and professionally. Hearing it made the atmosphere uncomfortable and detracted from what should have been a pleasant dining experience.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving service efficiency and staff professionalism, as both are essential to maintaining a welcoming and respectful restaurant environment.

The vibe was fantastic with all the Thai songs, and the taste was not bad. I ordered the fried vegetables, but I didn’t really enjoy that kind of dish. The stems were too hard to chew and not really edible, while the leaves were better and easier to eat. The dish seemed to have been fried earlier, so it wasn’t served hot. I went there around 10:30 a.m., just after the shop opened, but maybe the vegetables were prepared in advance. The rice was also hard. Luckily, I hadn’t finished the boat noodle soup, so I mixed it with the rice and ate it that way. The service was good — they even gave a 10% discount and free chips if you posted on IG. But the food definitely needs improvement.

Welcome to The Spring Tuk Tuk!! xd, I love this Thai Restaurant. The staff were polite and nice. The place was crowded every time I came to this mall. It is because every single time, there will be a lot of people until having a queue in front of this restaurant, especially on weekends. The foods were delicious and the service was really fast as well. I am willing to spend my precious time in here, having my lunch and my dinner in this restaurant. It is worth everything to me. I like this Thai Restaurant very much. I recommend this Thai restaurant.
