Ordered food in the app, when I got there I slipped when entering, even though it wasn’t raining. Food was slightly warm and when I told manager about the entrance hazard, he didn’t tend to the area or tell anyone about the spot. Beside the manager, the workers were very polite and even greeted me which made me feel more comfortable being there.

COACHING REQUIRED! Went through the drive through 1/27 around 6pm and had issues with mobile app not receiving new code for point redemption; was told to wait for manager to approve the order and I proceeded to SHOW, not give, my phone to the employee and the MOD but the manager took my phone into the restaurant and proceeded to go through my phone without explication; to anyone this is in not good customer service behavior and should always ask permission at the very least to assist with the customers concerns; employee was also stunned at MOD’s behavior please coach this behavior as others might not be so happy with their phone being taken from their hand with no warning or explanation

I order from this place once-twice a week. Usually the service is good. On 05NOV2025 I went to pickup food and when I was grabbing the food the employee (with the neck tattoo) let go of the bag and ripped falling to the ground. No big deal whatever.
However, she just proceeds to say “OMG” “OMG” closes the window. How about sorry for the inconvenience, something.
When the replacement food was brought out by a different person, she proceeded to comment that this was my fault. I was going to pickup up the dropped food on the ground, but definitely not after that comment. How about “we are sorry for the inconvenience.” Even if this was my fault, in the workplace customer service goes a long way. Ever heard the saying the customer is always right?
I will not be going back to this location. You lost a customer. The woman who runs the cashier on window 1 is very nice despite all this.
When a customer orders no cheese on a sandwich that means no cheese.

Always a solid choice when you’re in the mood for something quick and familiar. The service at this McDonald’s was fast, and the staff were friendly and efficient. My order was correct, and the fries were hot and crispy—always a win. The place was fairly clean, though the dining area could’ve used a quick wipe-down during the rush. Overall, a reliable spot for a quick bite, especially when you’re on the go.

Worst McDonald’s around here anymore. They use to be amazing & just about perfect until they changed hands. NOW they are careless, totally unprofessional, sloppy and volatile when challenged. They take forever and a day just to acknowledge you, then that much more time to get your order ready, that is typically WRONG 7 times out of 10, after endlessly waiting for your food.
They goof off with each other non stop OR have their faves in their phones. I witnessed this on many visits.

Say what you want. But if you’re looking for the best hot, flaky, fish sandwich, I prefer new cheese, it is always on the mark! Best, french fries unsalted. Fast food good!

Terrible location messes up orders constantly, Insta decline calls. Ordered an entire breakfast for my family and they messed up the entire order, didn’t give me what I paid for left out multiple items. Would not recommend if you want you’re food to be correct.
