We always have such a great experience at this place. The food is always absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal.
What really stood out, though, was Sebastian. He was constantly cleaning and making sure everything looked spotless the entire time we were there. It didn’t go unnoticed! He also checked in with us to see if we needed anything else, which made us feel genuinely taken care of. His attention to detail and friendly attitude really elevated our visit.

Phenomenal worker and was my first time having my order taken from him. Excellent customer service and definitely should be given a raise and a promotion from corporate. I’d even go as far as to say you should focus you’re marketing campaign on workers just like him and in fact have him teach all incoming workers across the stores on the proper workers etiquette.

Michael was absolutely great! He was very friendly and attentive of us. He made sure we got our food as quickly as possible and was very quick to meet our needs with sauces, etc. Sebastián was very dedicated to cleaning the whole time we were there, he seemed to be very detailed and focused. Overall, the place is kept in great condition with everything being clean and everyone being very focused on their jobs. Amazing experience.

BurgerFi never disappoints. The burgers are fresh, juicy, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The fries are crispy and seasoned just right, and the shakes are always on point. The place is clean, the vibe is chill, and the staff is usually friendly and quick with orders. A great spot when you want a real burger that actually fills you up. Definitely one of my go-to burger places.

The food is excellent; they are friendly and accommodating. Food portions were good as well. The first thing I noticed was the gloves and the way they were changed. I love to see good hygiene, washed hands, and then gloves in restaurants. Actually, it’s a deal breaker for me if I see something else. So lovely meeting Mr. L AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
