This is an amazing place. The burger are so delicious. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The fries and tater tots were ok. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean and we’ll kept. All and all a great place to bring the family and kiddos have a play area that looked like lots of fun

Great placeto eat and drink, while the kids play at the playground. I recommend this for all parents. They even have patio seating with TVs to watch a game. Comming back soon!

Messed up order. Super busy. Long line – out the door. Food was good. Sorry can’t recommend the “queso tots”. Only one register open. Online ordering was not available. Floors were dirty. No ice. Not a cheap burger place so its my opinion – restaurant needs more staff.

My 3 non verbal Autistic children loved the playground and i eas able to relax. Food was good. All the Mc Donadl’s with play places were close so my children were having melt downs in the car. Until i came here and they were open. Hat Creek saved the day for dinner on new years day for me.

The food was pretty good and they got our order right. The staff seemed polite and motivated. They seemed to be understaffed, however, and not able to keep things neat and clean when large groups were dining in.

I went through the drive thru on Friday evening and I waited 15 min to receive my order which was 1 meal. The employee who took my order cut me off and seemed to rush me. The manager delivered my order and just apologized for the wait. I returned yesterday during the day. Seemed pretty dead but restaurant was dirty and understaffed. Manager was munching on fries in the back. One lady seemed to be doing everything. Guests were waiting at the register to order for quite some time. For the portion and service, I think the food is overpriced. Hopefully management can help the workers more to increase overall customer experience.

Hi, everybody again, it’s me.I went to hat creek while somebody was shopping.I decided to go there thinking.It was more of a sports bar type, something like that, to my surprise.It was not , it was simply a simple burger place. At that time, I was not hungry for a burger but I noticed they had sweet potato fries.So I grabbed a beer and some sweet potato fries.They were kind enough to bring them out to me and I’ll tell you what they were very good.Most places they’re overcooked and they’re full of salt.Not here they were absolutely delicious , I didn’t no How long The person shopping was going to be so I just sat there, enjoying those fries slowly and sipping my beer. I watched a lot of people come in. I watched the service, the people and I’ll tell you what the staff on the day I was there was absolutely amazing my fries were brought out to me, I didn’t have to go up and get them. I watch people come in and actually there were quite a few to me, that must mean it’s pretty good. I cannot rate the burgers because as always. I will only rate what I had, but I will be going up to try a burger. The next time I’m in that area.n So once again, sweet potato fries, excellent The people who work there friendly, always with a smile and seem to love where they worked. And I noticed it didn’t matter who it was working when people walked in. I saw 4 or 5 different people. Come to the register to take orders. They were prompt and friendly and to me that matters. Especially if it’s a time when they get busy haven’t been out a lot during these holidays, but I’ll keep you informed. So that’s all for now, with hat creek.
