This is a very authentic-feeling restaurant. The chips come hot and fresh, and the salsa was good but spicy. We split the steak fajitas, which was plenty of food for two people. The guacamole was more like chopped up avocados with onions, tomatoes and cilantro, but it was good. The margaritas had a great flavor. They also have a beautiful covered deck with heaters. Two thumbs up!

Friendly staff and very fast. Food is top notch. They have the best carne asada, it is so soft and has the best taste. The pollo ala crema is amazing has such an amazing taste as well couldn’t stop eating it even had to take to go got too full. Very authentic to the traditional Mexican food. Hats off to this restaurant they are killing it! It’s all about authenticity seriously stands out and represents of what the actual name of the restaurant not many restaurants can do that. Kudos to the cooks in the back and the front staff keeping it down for the whole restaurant!

Higher pricing Their Chicken Taquitis appetizer was a big plus but their enchiladas were different almost like street taco but shell may been cooked in sauce but was very very dry. Not impressed I almost always get enchiladas every Mexican place I go these were like street too sized and folded in half.

Get the Hector special or the carne asada! You can’t go wrong. Also come here for a cozy date or with a group, it’s a warm and comforting place when the weather is chill or gloomy outside. And when the weather is good, it’s beautiful to dine out on their patio. One of our favorite spots.

I had the enchilada Verde and my husband had shredded beef chimichanga. Everything had such an awesome authentic flavor. We are from Arizona and enjoyed our dinner this evening. Best Mexican food in the Renton/Newcastle area, family owned and operated. Very kind and attentive service that makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. The food is amazing and the Patron Margaritas are delicious! They have a covered outdoor patio with multiple big screens for all sporting needs. They also have some of the best chips and salsa I’ve ever had. The portions are large and the prices is extremely reasonable. If you want a great meal, go here!

On a recent trip to Seattle, I was feeling the need for some Mexican food and found this place not too far from my hotel. I ordered the Santa Fe margarita, Guacamole Mexicano (yum!) and a combination plate with a taco, an enchilada, rice and beans. It was way more food than I could possibly eat in one meal and way more margarita that I could possibly drink! They gave me my margarita on the rocks in a large glass with a cocktail shaker with the extra margarita. I was unable to drink the whole thing. Very disappointed in myself! Dinner was very good. The taco was very flavorful and the enchilada was gooey cheesy delicious. Nice rice and beans with the combination dinner. Very good level of service. I’ll definitely go back when in Seattle again!

Happened upon this restaurant by accident and so delighted we did! We were seeking an early lunch and this was one of the few places open before noon in the area. The food was stellar and authentic with super fresh ingredients. Service was also super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
