Love this Argentinian bakery. It’s a small establishment where you take out mostly a variety of baked goods… but we love to stay and have some of their goodies there. So you line up for service, and it can be slow- the servers are meticulous to each customer and there is no way to “self serve” so each person has to be taken care of. You order, then pay, and whatever they cannot give you in a tray or bag, they will bring to your table in a bit. We usually have weekend breakfast with chorizo sandwich, a couple empanadas and a couple facturas, café con leche or a soft drink… and so we eat on the empanadas while we wait for the chorizo sandwich and coffees that usually arrive a bit later. Then we roll out the door taking our pastries (facturas) home for a later snack. So much delicious food!
Note to the wise: try the facturas! Try their chocolate cake! Yummy!!

It was our first time trying this Argentinian bakery, I tried the empanadas and they were good, flavorful and well made, though a bit on the small side. The coffee, however, was too sweet even though I requested the employee not to add much sugar, so I wasn’t able to finish it. I haven’t tried their plated dishes yet, but overall it was an okay experience.

Spacious, clean, and filled with the aroma of freshly baked pastries, Buenos Aires Bakery in Pembroke Pines feels like a true Argentine bakery. Excellent quality across the board: Balcarce cake, pastafrola, pionono, facturas, alfajores, sandwich de miga, masas finas, and very good empanadas. The coffee is outstanding, and they also sell yerba mate, alfajores, galletitas, and dulce de leche to take home. However, prices are on the high side, and they suggest high tipping even for take-out orders at the counter. There’s also a minimum for card payments, so if you plan to enjoy a coffee and a snack, bring some cash with you.

Stopped in for breakfast and some cafe con leche. Got the breakfast sandwich and it was great! Nice little restaurant. Tons of baked goods to choose from! Will definitely be back!

I ordered the Balcarce cake yesterday for my uncle’s birthday. It was an absolute hit at the party. Everyone loved it and thought the combination of flavors was incredible. The cake has peaches, walnuts, dulce de leche, whipped cream, and merengue. I have had this cake before many times and it never disappoints. If you need a birthday cake, I highly recommend this one!

I only get the breakfast sandwich from here, egg, cheese and bacon.
I’ve gotten the pastries before, but they always have refrigerator taste. IYKYK
Some of the girls are great when taking your order and others look at you through their noses. Don’t know if it’s a cultural thing.

11/26/25- i won’t be returning, I ordered the breakfast sandwich to go with egg cheese and bacon. Sandwich isn’t cheap and they didn’t even put the bacon in my sandwich.

Overall the empanadas were delicious. The chicken/pollo was a little on the dry side, but the beef was seasoned perfectly and the caprese was incredible too. Pastries were yummy. The woman at the cashier who also took our order was a little snarky and impatient. We ended up ordering 1 or 2 more things later in our visit and that employee who helped us was very friendly and kind

The food was incredible. I had the best milanesa I’ve had in the area. Pus some delicious papas provenzales. My wife and daughter had sandwiches de miga, and they loved it. My daughter wanted more after the meal. My son loved the milanesa like me too. For dessert we shared pasta frola, a slice torta de copitos (which was great quality), and a slice of fruit tart and it was all great. Overall, it was speedy service, and the food was so good, giving me and my family a nice bite of home.

The breakfast is amazing .. I came here for a cortadito and an empanada de carne.. & it was delicious!!! I’ve been here a couple times and the only downfall is, I feel like you need more support in the mornings. The line just to get an empanada & coffee is always too long of a wait. The line always goes as far as to the door, sometimes there’s not even room on the line at the door & the line does not move quickly. Please this would make the experience a +++++ other than that everything is amazing thank you
