Food came out lightning fast, faster than chik fila. It was in front of me before I finished paying, wow! As for the new chicken sandwich, it’s a outshot better than I thought it was going to be. It’s a little more fired than chik-fila, but it’s a good size and the flavor is great. I don’t know if I’ll call them the kind of chicken sandwiches just yet, but it’s pretty damn close!

We drove 11 hours today and finally got home to Norristown. So we stopped by Popeyes before home with the baby. They got our order wrong. We were too tired to notice until we got home. Good food, nice service, just wrong order.

Service was not satisfactory. I ordered online and PREPAID for a pickup 1 hour in advance….I arrive at the store at my pickup time and am greeted by 2 of these signs (only have pics of the latter at the register). After waiting in line for 10 minutes just to give them the number of the prepaid order, “number 8”, the woman at the front confusedly asked “what’s the name?” which after I told to her she looks through a stack of randomly ordered order slips (otherwise the order number would have been applicable in her query), she begins to START assembling my PREPAID order, all the while she was calling out “number 34?” as “Grubhub, that’s me!!” would respond from the back of the line without ever ordering.

I walked in Thursday 12/12/19 around 530 asked for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with no pickles and got uncooked chicken. I was given a full refund. My brother ate his first and this is what it looked like
