Our families first time ever at Dutch Bros, and the experience was superb and amazing. Not only the drinks were perfect spot on, but the customer service was . All the employees were super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. We didn’t know our drinks as a first timers and they took their time to help us. Thank you for the wonderful experience

Customer service here is completely non-existent. The young woman “trying” to take my payment and saying “oh it’s not working”,when it comes out of my account every time they say it’s “declined”. Now,every time I come thru there,they treat me as though I’m trying to pull a fast one,when they’re in the wrong. But unfortunately,I love the product,so I just use cash every time. But this time,I HAD to use my card and guess what!?! The sam exact thing. Now I feel they’re all treating me this way at every location that I go to,which I do spend A LOT of money at. So tired of this… I’m just amazed at what is going on. But they’re just seeing it one way,that it MUST be me doing something wrong. Now I bet I’ll get some stupid generic message as a response.

Coffee. Good coffee, friendly (always different?) staff. Has drive through and walk up. Weird/bad location. Also I am writing this review because I searched for “coffee” on google maps and this didn’t show up!! what!? So hopefully this helps. COFFEE. coffee. // edit: I wanted to clarify the reason for four stars is because of the horrible location It’s not really their fault but it makes a difference. I wanted to share my disappointing experience I had at this locations on August 25th, 2025, at approximately 12:15 PM. I was initially excited to find a Dutch Bros so close to my new job, especially since I’m a regular customer and have always appreciated the friendly service.
Unfortunately, during this visit, the employee taking orders outside was noticeably rude and dismissive. When I attempted to order a sugar-free drink for a coworker and used the word “refresher,” the employee responded with visible frustration, stating that “refresher” is a Starbucks term and not something Dutch Bros offers. I explained that I was simply reading the order as it was given to me, but she cut me off by giving me my total before I had finished ordering. When I mentioned I had another drink to add, she told me I needed to “speak up” because cars were passing and she couldn’t hear me — in a tone that felt unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional.
This interaction was disappointing and out of line with the positive, welcoming energy I’ve come to expect from Dutch Bros. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, and I don’t plan to return to this particular location because of it.
I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it can be addressed appropriately, so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

My kids wanted to stop at a Dutch Bros to get a couple of Rebel drinks.
The closest one to us is the Tigard location that sits right off of Pacific Highway West, at the interchange with 217.
The location is a little awkward, especially since we need to head back South on 99W to get home to the Bull Mountain area.
But we just took a right at SW 72nd Avenue and headed back that way which was very easy.
I am so glad we stopped here!
This is as an exceptional a Dutch Bros as they come!
Phenomenal friendly service and excellent drinks. They even gave our Vizsla a Puppuccino which was a small cup of whipped cream with a little dog biscuit on top!
And the drinks were great too.

Nov 8th, 2023. Went by the one on Highway 99W this time. They were great! Very personable, and they were enjoying their work. Even bought an extra cup for both of us to warm up the next day. Their white chocolate chai latte is wonderful, especially this time of year. Even those we warmed up the following day really hit the spot. Thanks, Dutch!
