This is a busy spot, but I love the food! I have a severe peanut and nut allergy, as well as sesame so eating out is tricky. The sweet young lady who took my order took this very seriously. She brought over the binder with the ingredients and we went through it together to find something I could eat. That small gesture translates into a big deal for me because she didn’t just brush me off, she didn’t just say, “I think you’ll be okay…” She took the time to allow me to make an informed decision. And that is much appreciated. I wish I could remember her name, but I didn’t grab it! I had the egg salad and potato soup and both were a perfect portion and delicious. My friend ordered something else and loved it. I do enjoy their food. A tad on the pricier side, but still delicious nonetheless!

I am a first time customer, it was a little busy after a big rush Kaitlyn was very welcoming and kind. She offered samples to my friend and I. She noticed I felt bad for holding people up and said “don’t feel rushed no matter how busy it is you’re welcome to try samples. You are just as important as other customers are.” I ended up getting a seasonal flavor for my food instead of traditional. The food is just as amazing as she was. Thank you Kaitlyn

Overall, pretty good place to go! If you’re looking for a quick and healthier bite, I would definitely make a stop here. The sandwiches are pretty customizable, with many different flavors of chicken salad. I got Dixie Chick, and it really was delicious, I feel it was missing a bit of something, but they have so many flavors, I’ll just have to come back and try another. I really do love that they have healthy options(like a fruit cup) without extra charge, like most places do. Onto what I didn’t like; that darn cookie. Now, I get that it’s pre-packaged, and probably mass produced, but the buttercream frosting was just not it. Sweet? Yes. Delicious? Not particularly. Service was just fine though, they bring your food out to you if you’re eating in, or you can wait to grab your to-go food on a little bench by the register. Seems like all the customer facing staff enjoys what they do, and is willing to come by and help out.

Visited here today for the first time and WOW, was I impressed! Mastering chicken salad is hard to do — but this place nails it. Not only that, but their customer service is great, their atmosphere is amazing, and their prices are extremely affordable in this economy. I visited here while at a training up the street and I’m excited to be moving closer to this area in the coming weeks. I will definitely be back here VERY soon — this place is 5/5 ⭐️

Such a cute spot!! They have a very specific “chick” aesthetic (punny). Their cups are super cute, the sayings/quotes on the bathroom wall were great, I had to take a picture Love the outdoor seating vibe most. Your food is brought to your table after ordering (indoor or outdoor). Again, aesthetically pleasing food appearance. I had chicken salad on a sandwich which comes with a side (I chose pasta salad) & also comes with the oddly BEST tiny prewrapped cookie.

I Finally checked out Chicken Salad Chick after a very long time of wanting to try it out. The atmosphere is very nice. The place was clean and inviting. I got the Olivia’s Old South style Chicken Salad on a Croissant with a side of Mac &Cheese. I have had many Southern Style Chicken Salad Sandwiches, however, this was not like any of those. The Salad wasn’t bad, just different from what I was expecting. I added Mustard and some more Mayo to help it out. The Croissant was very good. Fresh, flaky and not hard or tough. There was definitely not enough Salad on the Sandwich. The Mac &Cheese was not as pleasant. The Noodles were overcooked and the Cheese was grainy and not smooth like a melted Cheese. I also got a Soup just to try it. I got the Loaded Potato Soup. I wasn’t keen on the Bacos, and not enough Potatoes. I would get it again, but without the Bacos. The Cookie they give you for a little dessert was very good. I will have to go again and try something different.
