Drive thru took 15 min at noon. Breakfast sandwich was stone cold and cheese wasn’t even melted. Coffee did not come with oat milk and was sticky. I will not be back. Save your money, there’s plenty of other wonderful breakfast places in Williamsburg.

This is the slowest Dunkin Donuts on the earth. I could have read all of Moby Dick in the time between when I placed an order for a large black coffee and when they actually served it. The staff is moving more slowly than the DMV in Zootopia. I’m writing this whole thing while I wait. I’ll hit post as soon as I get my coffee. How long could it take? Is this Kafka’s Dunkin Donuts? Have I stepped through a wormhole into another dimension? Will I still recognize the outside world when I finally emerge? Will my wife and kids remember me? Maybe they will have held my funeral, like Tom Hanks and castaway., l Ah, finally, they are calling my number! I can’t wait to take my coffee and go discover how the world has changed while I’ve been away.

If this is “less ice” I can’t imagine a normal drink. First, terrible service with this girl, you couldn’t ask her anything, bad attitude. My receipt says her name is Brittany. Second, I asked her for a drink with less sugar and another with normal sugar and she got upset because she didn’t understand and to shut me up quickly she said “OK I’LL GIVE TO YOU WITH SUGAR ON THE SIDE SO YOU CAN PUT IT ON YOURSELF” (she didn’t give it to me, I had to go ask her for it later) She was in such a hurry taking my order and the place was completely empty, no customers came while we were eating there. There was no flavor that I ordered and she still charged me for the drink. I let it go because I didn’t want to bother her (MORE that I felt I was doing) I don’t know if she had a bad day but my experience in this place and with her was the worst.

This is probably the only Dunkin around , and it’s packed . Takes a longgggggg time in drive through. Took us almost 20 mins to order and another 5-10 mins . Coffee was good . Bagels weren’t toasted much . Was a bit raw and very less cream cheese . Tomato pesto sour dough sandwich was the best !! Parking is ok .. it was a ok experience. Nothing special

This is a pretty nice Dunkin Dounuts. The staff was pretty friendly but not as excited as others. The donuts weren’t that appealing but still pretty good, the bagel on the other hand was perfectly toasted and was really good. The interior of the store was nice although it could be cleaned more.

The service at this establishment is horrible! I’ve been to this location twice and my coffee is always nasty and the donuts are stale. Don’t get me started on the employee with the glasses he always has an attitude!

Excellent sour cream donut and french vanilla latte, hot. Husband enjoyed his turkey sausage, egg, and cheese English muffin. Kids enjoyed chocolate glazed donuts. Drive thru was busy, but didn’t take too long.

Went this morning unexpectedly. I got coffee from Starbux, and got back on the road. Soon as I got around the corner I realized instead of a Caramel Macchiato they gave me a large coffee with a few pumps of caramel. No cream, no sugar. It was awful. Happened to pass by dunkin, this was at 5:15 am, and ran in real quick. Told them how Starbux did me dirty and they gladly fixed me up. I was appreciative. Good work. Clean location, friendly. Recommend!

Roaches! I’ve been coming here on and off since I moved to Williamsburg a year ago. The donuts were awful at first (not fresh, I use to bake for dunkin, so I can tell). The past couple months they are always fresh. However, I grabbed an iced coffee before work, I’m a CNA at a local facility. I drank more than half of my large iced coffee just to find a roach in my drink! I got my drink around 6:40pm and had been sipping, and discovered it around 8:50pm. I don’t have roaches in my car, nor at this facility, and I did not take the lid off for one to get in. I’m so disgusted and will be stopping by the store after I get off in the am. Won’t be going back either after that!
