We went through the drive through this afternoon. We ordered two of the new boxed specials. We parked in their parking lot to eat. My husband’s fries were so cold and tough. I got the potato cakes and we had to wait on those, so they were fresh and hot and very tasty. Our roast beef buns were over toasted. We didn’t get any Arbys sauce, but we were glad we had brought some from home. The mozzarella sticks were good. The peach dessert dough was so tough that we could only eat the center. The taste is good but only got one good bite full. Very disappointing.

Horrible service and even more horrible food! Won’t be back! The cheesesteak sandwiches were so soaked through that the bread was mushy and the sauce was so bad looking that we didn’t even take a first bite, threw them straight into the trash. Ordered through drive through, wasn’t sure what my wife and I wanted. Took Maybe 20 seconds and told them we wanted a fish deluxe sandwich, just the sandwich and french dip and Swiss combo. Large coke no ice and a sweet tea for the french dip combo. Told us the order total was 23$ and some change. Wife said that’s to high and I said well we did get that coke separate so thought that was what it was. Got the order, did not give me the fries. We pulled in the parking lot to eat I’ve already went in and got the fries, wife ended up getting a burger. Go back in and they cook the fish for the sandwich. Got a coke that had ice. My french dip was cold the fries were not fresh and I also got a cheddar cup that did not taste right. Worst experience ever at arbys!!!

Arby’s you are usually very good about making correct orders,but this time you dropped the ball!! If you have employees working who cannot read the tickets correctly,should not be making the orders!! I ordered the greek gyro and it came with no lettuce on it!! No big deal you say but when i pay for something i expect to get what i ordered,not what you want to just put in my bag!! I will give you another chance to make this right,but for right now I’m mad as hell!!!

Tried the steak bites. Terrible, charred, dry, tasteless. As I was struggling to eat these, an Arby’s commercials came on the TV. I’ve seen fast food commercials for over 50 years and I never seen as big a difference between the commercial and the actual product. I still can’t get over how terrible these steak bites were. The winner in this debacle was our Corgi. She got 5 of the 9 bites. At least she liked them. I think.
EDIT: I received the “We’re sorry” response and the directions to go an URL for details. I declined to enter all my personal data. Frankly, after the charred steak bites, I do not trust Arby’s. I’m tapping out. Just wont go back.

I was at this Arby’s today and charged twice for 1 meal. Asked to talk to manager about the issue, and she proceeds to saying my problem”, and walks off. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant!

I went there last time and they messed with my food, I was vomiting when I got home.. the place is under the worst management that store has ever had. While i was checking the other reviews, they have nothing but bad reviews since the new management started.
