We stopped by the Chick-fil-A in Mount Pleasant for dinner and were seriously impressed. Not only was the food fresh and tasty—as always—but this was hands-down the cleanest Chick-fil-A we’ve ever been to!
The team working that evening was friendly, fast, and attentive. Even during the dinner rush, everything ran smoothly and the dining area stayed spotless. You could tell the staff really takes pride in the place.
Our meals were exactly what we hoped for—crispy chicken sandwiches, waffle fries hot from the fryer, and all the sauces we love. It’s always nice when a fast food spot feels this well-run and welcoming.
Definitely one of the best Chick-fil-A experiences we’ve had. We’d come back anytime!

It takes more than one bad experience for me to leave a negative review for a place of business, but ever since the franchise owners have changed, this location has fallen far from the excellent customer service, cleanliness and food quality that they use to provide this community. We have had countless orders arrive incomplete or totally wrong and had to turn around and go back to have it corrected. Even then, the employees/managers act like they don’t care, and toss a “free chicken sandwich” gift card as their apology while they act annoyed to have to correct the order. Oftentimes, the food comes lukewarm or looks/tastes old. The interior of the location is often in disarray with trash left on tables and the floor. There is something systematically wrong with the function of this location now. I initially thought it was the change in ownership and getting use to new management. However, after a year or more of the same thing happening over and over, the leadership from the top is not effective given the repeated errors customers seem to be having. There seems to be no oversight. Corporate needs to step in and get this location under control with better training because this is not how most other Chick fil A locations function. I will be taking my business to the Long Point Road location where they seem to be far more organized and customer oriented.

Chick-fil-A Mount Pleasant North is such a bright spot for our family. The staff is always kind and welcoming, it’s consistently clean, and my kids genuinely love coming here to play, which makes outings so much easier as a mom of three.
On a recent visit when I was solo mom-ing, things got a little overwhelming. Ms. Teresa noticed and stepped in with so much heart. She brought my kids little stuffed animals when they were having a rough moment, and it instantly changed the mood. Their faces lit up, and honestly, so did mine.
It’s the thoughtfulness and care like this that keeps us coming back. So grateful for people who show up with kindness, it truly makes a difference.

I’ve been to many chik fil a’s across the country, but I’ve never been to one like this. Normally, you would be greeted and made sure you were taken care of. This time however, I was ingored for over 10 minutes despite standing right at the handoff counter. There were 3 different employees who passed me many times all the while intentionally ignoring me. They didn’t even acknowledge that I was there besides a glance or two. It upset me more watching them take their time with everything. Every other location I’ve been to has people rushing at a reasonable pace to get everything out. This time there was no sense of urgency. I’ve worked in fast food for years, and this is breaks my heart to see. I know how hard it can be to manage both drive through and cafe orders, but your customers shouldn’t have to deal with horrible service on top of waiting for their food

I just wanted to pass along a compliment to one of your employees. I was there today around 5:25 PM on September 15 2025, picking up a fairly large order I had placed. One of your employees—her name was either Rose or Rosa, I couldn’t quite see the name tag—was assisting me.
She had the nicest smile and was very professional and courteous. She let me know that my order would take a little longer, which was absolutely fine. What really stood out was her positive demeanor and her excellent communication.
Please let her know that her effort and attitude are greatly appreciated. She’s doing a wonderful job.

I love Chick-fil-a. Unfortunately this Chick-fil-a does not like me. I have ordered a BROWNIE 3 times twice in the drive thru and once dining in. And I have yet to receive my brownie.

It pains me to rate this chain so lowly but this location by far was the worst I’ve ever encountered. I walked by three employees without being greeted, the ones behind the counter didn’t acknowledge me for several minutes… had I not ordered through mobile, I would have left. The app stated my order was ready, it wasn’t. The employees behind the counter began yelling someone’s name who never came to the front. I had to just say aloud that I just wanted my mobile order. And there was no one replying “my pleasure.”
I paid extra for a large Coke Zero but the cup wasn’t filled up. I paid extra for large fries but received crumbs and half cooked remnants. The sandwich was a disaster… the bun was hard and shredded on the top with black burn marks (I assume) on the bottom bun. The pickles even looked horrible so, I just trashed everything but the chicken breast and 3/4 cup of soda.

Exceptional service as always. They were very busy but we were able to place our order and get our food to go within 15-20min. Staff was extremely helpful as usual.
