Ordered a baconator didnt see any bacon in my sandwich the damn thing was like warm and didnt taste fresh. Fries were cooked in old grease. 1/10. Definitely not going back! End up throwing 15$ away

If the name on out ticket was correct, little miss Lucy provided one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had to date. We were passing through town looking for a place to get some Mexican food. We were not having any luck so we saw Wendy’s and stopped. Boy are we glad we did. Lucy greeted us as we came through the door. She thanked everyone as they left. She delivered our tray because she saw that my husband had gone to the men’s room. Last but not least, she brought us each a Frosty on the house. If her name isn’t Lucy, then she’ll know who she is. She may have been the manager, but if she isn’t, she should be. Stop in for a customer service treat served with a lovely smile.

I wasn’t greeted when I walked up to take my order, although the older couple in front of me where greeted. No thank you after I placed my order, I had to wait for my receipt. The older Mexican clerk brought out the couples food to their table but when my order was ready I got my name yelled loudly. Older woman working the front definitely needs customer service training. Won’t be going here again.

Don’t bother stepping foot in this place. Whatever’s happening behind the counter barely qualifies as work, and the people running it seem completely checked out. The entire experience was flat-out disgusting. One of the burgers they handed me wasn’t even cooked — literally raw in the middle — which tells you all you need to know about the “standards” here.
There’s zero leadership, zero urgency, and absolutely zero competence. This location is the perfect example of why fast-food horror stories exist in the first place. Watching them stumble around aimlessly almost made me want to push them aside and make the food myself just so something would get done correctly.
This Wendy’s is an embarrassment to the brand and honestly feels like it should be shut down. The level of negligence here isn’t just bad — it’s borderline unacceptable.
I hope some manager reads this and just cries cause that’s what I wanted to do after wasting $20 here.

I go here pretty often and have never gotten a order with all the correct items. Always has something that I didnt order or if it is what i ordered then it would be made incorrectly.. sometimes every sandwich in the bag has no condiments. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a while because I understand people make mistakes but its really going on like my 9th time in a row.. I’m almost not even upset anymore because its comical. I feel like they are wondering how far they can go before I say something. Like a big prank.
