The place says it’s open in dining area at 6 AM but when I get there at 6 the doors are locked and the employees just look at me dumbfounded. So I went across the street to McDonalds who was open at the time they said they were open which was at 6 AM. I believe if advertised as opening at certain time they should be already be unlocked on that time or at least two minutes before the advertised time of opening. And I’m speaking from experience as having worked at a fast food place that was big on being open on time.

I had gone today and decided to get the jiggy bag charm & I specifically asked for no sauce or cheese on my two tacos and when I had received them they had sauce and everything that I didn’t want. I kindly went up to the cashier and asked to see if she can replace my tacos and as I had asked that, the cashier had the audacity to roll her eyes at me and I felt so disrespected in that moment. I am extremely disappointed in their service today and their customer service felt so unwelcoming. NEVER COMING AGAIN.

Ordered 2 spicy chicken combos, got the wrong fries. Asked for curly got normal fries and barely any. Watered down sodas ( told us to use their inside machines that also were watered down. Only thing barely working was the lemonade and the ice didn’t even come out )

I don’t know why but I’ve always liked JITB. Their food is good (although tacos could use less grease!), the service has always been exceptional and there’s generally plenty of parking. For lasting through the ages–I highly recommend!!

It’s been about 5 years last time I came inn to Dine inn to my surprise what a difference totally remodeled best part best part is that I did see employees cleaning regularly dining area seating area that is very important to us customers many times tables stay dirty for hours. Rude service most of the time, specially from the women in the drive thru. I ordered two plain tacos for my daughter the other day, and what I got was a tiny portion of nasty looking burnt meat smothered on half of a greasy taco shell.

This was the absolute worst jack in the box I have ever been to. My soda which I got a large of did not taste like soda at all. When I dumped it out it didn’t stop bubbling and there was white residue on top. My burrito was made disasterly. The sauce was all over the burrito. My hash brown was at the bottom of the bag which I had to reheat as well. I had to reheat the chicken strips and fries. I am so extremely disappointed in this jack in the box!
