I came into this location on August 12, around 3:30 PM. I placed an order ahead of time through the McDonald’s app. I need a condiment for my order. I stood at the counter along with a few other customers that needed assistance for around 10 minutes. There is a tall, white male with a bald head that was only putting together shakes and ice cream cones for the The young lady working the drive-through window . He saw me in the other customer, standing at the counter several times, but chose to ignore us. It was very obvious and very rude. He is not the friendliest employee they have and I’ve seen him many times there. Eventually, a middle-age, Hispanic man came to the counter to help us. He’s wearing a green vest, not sure if he’s a manager. If he is, I do where she paid closer attention to the customer services employees are or are not providing. The gentleman with the vest was very busy and multitasking. He is always nice when I do see him. Around that same time, there was a young lady working behind the counter that came around the corner instead at the section where all the condiments were, but never looked at our way at the counter. This store always has terrible customer service for many years. It’s very disappointing. I understand a very busy at that time with everyone getting out of school, but aren’t we all at our jobs. That doesn’t give you the right to give poor customer service. Customers should be acknowledged even if it’s just to tell us they’ll be with us in a moment not just ignored completely. I avoid this location as much as I can, but sometimes I have to go and it’s disappointing almost every time the customer service I receive. I do have to say the morning staff is much more friendlier and quicker. There is another McDonald’s about five minutes away from this location on cactus Road. That manager runs that location beautifully. I think this one on Shay could take a few notes. The restaurant always seems messy/dirty. The trash cans are usually piled up, the tables appear to be greasy or have sauces on them, it doesn’t look or smell, clean at all. The drink station as well can be messy and sometimes

They don’t know how to take orders from both sides of the drive through. Drive through is slow as hell took 30 minutes for a simple order. Manager tries not to give sauce. Egg McMuffin always has shells in it. This is the worst McDonald’s ever.

Staff at this location this morning where garbage. Pissed off for no reason. Missing stuff from my order when they said its in the bag.. had to drive back to get it.. once I start eating.. meat missing from my sandwich! How?! Thats all it has! Just cheese and meat. Garbage. Wasted money.

I’ve had some seriously frustrating experiences at this McDonald’s location. First off, they nickel-and-dime you for everything! Adding cheese to a breakfast sandwich costs an extra 70 cents, whereas other locations include it for free. Then, the staff have a terrible attitude. Every visit, I’ve encountered employees who are rude and unhelpful.
On top of that, I had a major issue with the mobile app order. I arrived to pick up my breakfast, only to find out it was canceled without any clear reason. When I asked the manager, he just shrugged and said it was because I ordered breakfast too late, even though the app gave me no indication of that. When I pointed out the flaw, he told me to “take it up with McDonald’s,” acting as if the franchise location isn’t responsible. It’s just an excuse.
Lastly, their digital ordering system is flawed. I tried to use a reward and customize my order, but the system wouldn’t let me make simple substitutions. It’s clear they need to get their act together and improve their service and customer experience.

I’m not sure what this McDonald’s has going on with the employees but every time I have been here it’s been some strange interactions with the employees and a long wait at an empty drive through. This evening the girl that took my order sounded like she was talking toarguing with someone in the background. I waited about 10 minutes behind a single car and could tell the employees were overwhelmed and busy, but no one was in line and one customer inside. I don’t think the managers are to blame, the manager was doing everything based off what we observed. However my order was missing some items and I didn’t want to go back around in line.

This location is a block away from my home. I ordered the same sandwich every time. They repeat it back to me every time. They still give me the wrong sandwich every time. To Managment, don’t tell me to contact you via the website you guys never get back to anybody. Your location is poor with customer service. Your location is slow in the drive-through. Your location needs to understand English that’s my feedback

Customer service started out good then i get my order and i get These old fries i call and complain and the manager on duty has terrible customer service i told her i didn’t want a refund! I told her you cant feed customers food like this its wrong!

Awful. Waited for 15 min in a drive up line that I couldn’t escape from. Unfriendly people work there. Not enough help. Very shortstaffed!!! 3 days ago they didn’t even ever answer their speaker for my order. Im done with them.

Whenever John is working I get the best service out of any McDonald’s I’ve been to, the nuggets are always crispy, fries always fresh, and the time it takes to receive my food is half of other McDonald’s locations. Thanks John!
