Our recent visit to this Domino’s location was an excellent experience from start to finish, and it deserves recognition for consistently delivering high-quality food, efficient service, and a well-managed pickup process. We ordered three pizzas for pickup: a standard cheese pizza, a thin crust cheese pizza, and a pepperoni pizza. Each item met or exceeded expectations in terms of preparation, taste, and overall quality.
The ordering process was straightforward and accurate. When we arrived at the restaurant, the pickup experience was smooth and well-organized. The staff was attentive, professional, and efficient, ensuring that the order was ready on time and correctly prepared. There was no confusion, no delay, and no need for follow-up questions or corrections, which reflects strong internal coordination and attention to detail.
The pizzas themselves were prepared exceptionally well. The standard cheese pizza had a perfectly baked crust with an ideal balance between softness and structure. The cheese coverage was even and generous without being excessive, and the sauce was well-proportioned, providing flavor without overpowering the cheese. The thin crust cheese pizza was particularly impressive, as it achieved the desired crispness without becoming dry or brittle. The thin crust maintained its integrity while still offering a satisfying texture and flavor, which can be difficult to execute consistently. Ordered a pizza for home delivery.
20 minutes after the estimated delivery time, I called the restaurant and was told they hadn’t found a driver yet and that I should wait at least 15 more minutes.
About 30 minutes later, I called again and was told that a driver had picked up the order and was 15 minutes away.
Another 20 minutes passed, and the Uber Eats app marked the order as delivered and charged me $27, despite the fact that nothing was delivered.
I received no call, no message, and there was no driver or pizza outside. I even went downstairs to check.
Marking an order as delivered when it clearly isn’t and still charge for it is unacceptable! Worst customer experience I’ve ever had!

Shocked at the stars. I’ve only ordered here twice but each time the pizza was delicious, they even remembered the gluten free crust… and yes, there’s a chance delivery will take long – (have you not seen the traffic here?)

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. We waited over two hours for a pizza. Customer service was beyond poor, every call ended with “7 more minutes” and then they hung up on us. When the food finally arrived, the pizza and wings were cold and tasteless. Total waste of time and money. Never again.

Pizza took 1.5 hours to arrive, was almost cold. I ordered and PAID FOR EXTRA SAUCE AND EXTRA CHEESE. There was literally, I mean literally, NO SAUCE and barely any cheese. Some portions of the pizza had 0 cheese just dried up bread. It was awful. See attached pictures. I took pics of the side of the slices as well so you can see 0 sauce.

The guy who answers the phone between 2200-2300 on Jan 2 didn’t know how to read a map and was rude. The delivery driver was late by 50 mins and delivered it to a place 2 blocks away. The guy said it was my problem even though they read the address wrong when 3 other places delivered it correctly just a few minutes before. I understand why he was upset though he is probably broke and has no future prospects in life was upset I live in a luxury apartment.

Extremely disappointing experience. A two-hour wait for a pizza is simply unacceptable. Customer service was dishonest and unprofessional, repeatedly assuring me the order was arriving when it clearly wasn’t. The driver blamed the condo for refusing access, yet arrived much later without explanation. Poor service, poor communication, and very rude behavior. I strongly do not recommend this place.

Delivery driver took 1.5 hrs and went to the wrong address but whatever. They also would not answer the phone. The cinnamon rolls were good and that was what I started with. No red flags. Then, I open up my bowl of pasta and cannot believe that it is about 1/3 filled up. The pasta wasn’t bad but they just straight up gave me less than half of what a serving should be.
I thought maybe they just made a mistake or had a shortage, I’m excited for the pizza. The fact that they got my order wrong, pepperoni not sausage, wasn’t the issue. I wouldn’t have cared. But this pizza was COLD and OLD. It tasted badly and I still tried to eat it because I wanted to at least get my calories worth and not have to buy another dinner. But I had to stop eating it because I was genuinely concerned about how old it was and if they had just given me a leftover pizza (which falls in line with it not being what I ordered). What made it clear was that the pineapple wasn’t yellow and juicy it was shriveled up and more greenish almost brown. And not in a ‘toasty’ way as if it was from being cooked, this was clearly just old.
Overall, the worst pizza I’ve ever had, I feel sick now and regret forcing down a slice and a half.
The 7-11 that I get a massive pizza from for like $7 and have the lowest expectations for is 10x better.
Never again. Shut this franchise location down Domino’s.
