The ordering process was straightforward and accurate. When we arrived at the restaurant, the pickup experience was smooth and well-organized. The staff was attentive, professional, and efficient, ensuring that the order was ready on time and correctly prepared. There was no confusion, no delay, and no need for follow-up questions or corrections, which reflects strong internal coordination and attention to detail.
The pizzas themselves were prepared exceptionally well. The standard cheese pizza had a perfectly baked crust with an ideal balance between softness and structure. The cheese coverage was even and generous without being excessive, and the sauce was well-proportioned, providing flavor without overpowering the cheese. The thin crust cheese pizza was particularly impressive, as it achieved the desired crispness without becoming dry or brittle. The thin crust maintained its integrity while still offering a satisfying texture and flavor, which can be difficult to execute consistently. The pepperoni pizza was equally well-made, with evenly distributed toppings, properly cooked pepperoni, and a balanced ratio of cheese, sauce, and crust. The pepperoni had a good texture and flavor, neither undercooked nor overly crisped.
All three pizzas were served at the appropriate temperature and packaged securely, making transport easy and ensuring that the quality was preserved until we were ready to eat. The consistency across all three pizzas indicates a high standard of preparation and strong quality control at this location. There were no issues with undercooked dough, uneven toppings, or sloppy assembly, which are common problems at many quick-service pizza restaurants but were notably absent here.
The cleanliness and organization of the restaurant were also evident during pickup. The environment appeared well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere reflected a location that takes pride in its operations. The staff interaction was courteous and efficient, contributing positively to the overall experience without unnecessary delays or distractions.
In summary, this Domino’s location delivered an outstanding pickup experience with well-prepared pizzas, reliable service, and a professional, efficient operation. The consistency in quality across different pizza styles, combined with timely service and careful preparation, makes this location highly dependable. This is a strong example of how a quick-service restaurant can consistently meet high standards, and it is a location we would confidently return to and recommend to others.
20 minutes after the estimated delivery time, I called the restaurant and was told they hadn’t found a driver yet and that I should wait at least 15 more minutes.
About 30 minutes later, I called again and was told that a driver had picked up the order and was 15 minutes away.
Another 20 minutes passed, and the Uber Eats app marked the order as delivered and charged me $27, despite the fact that nothing was delivered.
I received no call, no message, and there was no driver or pizza outside. I even went downstairs to check.
Marking an order as delivered when it clearly isn’t and still charge for it is unacceptable! Worst customer experience I’ve ever had!
I thought maybe they just made a mistake or had a shortage, I’m excited for the pizza. The fact that they got my order wrong, pepperoni not sausage, wasn’t the issue. I wouldn’t have cared. But this pizza was COLD and OLD. It tasted badly and I still tried to eat it because I wanted to at least get my calories worth and not have to buy another dinner. But I had to stop eating it because I was genuinely concerned about how old it was and if they had just given me a leftover pizza (which falls in line with it not being what I ordered). What made it clear was that the pineapple wasn’t yellow and juicy it was shriveled up and more greenish almost brown. And not in a ‘toasty’ way as if it was from being cooked, this was clearly just old.
Overall, the worst pizza I’ve ever had, I feel sick now and regret forcing down a slice and a half.
The 7-11 that I get a massive pizza from for like $7 and have the lowest expectations for is 10x better.
Never again. Shut this franchise location down Domino’s.
