Went in for a quick bite…. Food was good got the chicken fish shrimp platter…. Was packed and there was only 3 people working this was a Sunday and those 3 workers had that place running as smooth as they could possibly handle it… great job they deserve a raise or have a tip jar…. Keep up the good work and way to be professional although you were short staffed never made a face or rude…. I will be back…… give them a try ….

Update: They were able to rectify this issue. It was easy to communicate with them and they were really understanding. They have redeemed themselves! As the food was good and the service is now adequate, I would recommend this place!
I am not mad, just disappointed. I understand that today is probably the busiest day all year but I should not have had to wait 30 minutes. I placed my order online. The order should have been placed on the rack under the sign that states online pickup. Instead my order was placed on top on a pile of plates behind the counter. So, as it was busy, I waited for my order to be placed on the rack. When it calmed down I went to go ask when I saw my name on the bag. When I started that is my order and asked if it was ready I got “yes it is ready. We called it out a while ago.” It was an online order. I was not there when it was called out. It should have been on the rack. I should not have had to wait. I should not have been met with a snarky remark when I asked for my order. (Food would be 4 stars but it was cold)

I’ve visited Long John’s Silver twice in the last six months, but I always seem to forget to leave a review. I must say, the staff, service, and food quality have been fantastic. This particular Long John’s Silver has been around for 30+ years, and I’m so glad it still around. Highly recommend!

From the crab cakes, hushpuppies, mac, fish/chicken combo, and lemonade…this was PERFECT!! Cooked to perfection and the staff is great. Kudos to the lady dipping those fish and chicken fillets… batter came out perfect. Ty for the good food!! AJ

We ordered Long John Silver’s for pickup the other day because we were really craving fried fish, and it absolutely hit the spot. There’s really no fast-food place quite like LJS when you want that classic fried fish, hush puppies, and fried shrimp. Everything was exactly what we were hoping for: hot, crispy, and delicious. Perfect for the craving. Highly recommend.

Long John Silver’s- I really liked the food here at this restaurant, the prices here were decent, I thought it was worth the price. I really liked the flavors of the popcorn shrimp, and the fish was really tasty as well. The fried bread didn’t taste the same, each fried item had a different flavor. I will certainly eat here again! The employees were really nice, had the food ready at a decent time! Will return, good food, I enjoyed my time here.

One of the better visits I’ve had here, food-wise. The fish was realllly good on this visit! The batter tasted great, fish wasn’t fishy, and everything that was supposed to be crispy….was very crispy! Taste was on point, fish, classical, hushpuppies and even the fries were all great. Sadly I think the staff could work on their customer skills. LJS also now sells cheesecake from the cheesecake factory. Personally, I wasn’t blown away with it. I wasn’t bad, but ive had better.
