MACS has an open yet warm atmosphere. For a noodle joint, it’s almost a bit on the classy side, I must say. Their macaroni and cheese skillets make for an economical yet satisfying meal. It’s in an excellent location with all of the nearby shopping, and the staff is great. They be mackin’ hard up in there, yo! Cheese pull and everythang. Get down on it.

Great spot for a big bowl of comfort food! Macs is a great local wisco franchise, and this location always delivers. My favorite go to is the hangover Mac, but make sure to watch out for their monthly specials because they are fantastic.

We have been here twice before and good both times. But, Tonight we placed a pick up for 4:45 and walked in and another customer said they were slow and behind. Took 1/2 hr after my pick up time to get our food. One of my meals was loaded potato Mac and I hear one of the workers ask what the loaded potato Mac was for it was sitting there for a while. so by the time I got it home it was cold and all the cheese was hard. Luckily my daughters and husbands were hot but was my was not as apparently sat for a while. Wish If the knew it was sitting for a long time they would have remade it to be fresh for the price I paid for it. Knocked off a star for the price. They are very pricey as for a family of 4 regular size almost $60. Who can afford that these days.

The food I had there was quite good and it seems like most of the menu focused on mac & cheese.
I’d love to try the food again. The large size serving is more than enough for a heavy meal and it ended up having leftovers for the next day. The large serving of mac & cheese was about $18 with a drink which is really on the pricey side. The piece of plain cheesecake for some reason was six dollars and there was nothing special about it at all. I would avoid the desserts. my dine in experience was quite troubling as the tables and the trays that the food came on, smelled strong of moldy or dirty wood. Like they were washed with old, moldy water on the trays, clearly had signs of mold in the wood. It was quite gross. that’s probably the main reason for the one star in the atmosphere. I’d rather get food to go in the future than eat in the restaurant again. hopefully they fix this issue in the future.

Three stars for the first time ever being here I was really conflicted although I do feel as though the dish I was served definitely lived up to its meaning no complaints there, especially for the price. I think that the dish was well justified for its price and the atmosphere was a plus However I did find a big problems with the hard benches and the steel chairs not a fan with that being said what I ever come back and have this experience again no I wouldn’t. It was great to try one time now if someone else wants to pay for it for sure then again maybe notI’m conflicted.

We stopped in at the Appleton location today. Our food was all fresh, hot and really delicious! The girl at the counter was super sweet, and patient with us as we read the details of the menu board. The restaurant was very clean too .We shared the loaded baked potato Mac, which was soooo good! It came out hot and delicious, and the balance of ingredients was perfect. I wasn’t of big fan of the hard seating options, but everything else was really great. We’re definitely going back to try more Mac creations!

I came in around 12-1pm today to pick up a door dash order. The order was not on the shelf yet so I sat and waited next to it for about 10 minutes. Granted it was busy at the time, the girl working the front counter walked past me several times and avoided eye contact each time, would purposefully look the other way. I had another order I had to pickup so I couldn’t wait much longer, I walked up to the counter and the girl didn’t look at me or greet me, she was annoyed before I even got the chance to say anything. So I just simply asked her if the order would be set on the shelf when it’s ready or if I had to let her know I was here for it. She responded “it’s on the shelf, we’re busy right now” and walked away. Meanwhile there was not a single order on the shelf. I understand being busy and overwhelmed, but I feel like she was simply just rude from the start.

We went for lunch on Saturday and the staff was very friendly. The girl behind the counter explained the menu to us as we hadn’t been here before. Definitely recommend the Three Little Piggies, the BBQ sauce was excellent! The chicken on my chicken bacon ranch was a little dry otherwise it would have definitely been 5 stars. We will be back!

The wait was pretty long for how few customers there were. The food tasted amazing with plenty of creative options. Cool vibe and decor. Friendly staff. Price is comparable to similar options (Noodles and Co.) but this place is a lot more fun and creative!
