Customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. We arrived before closing time, yet the staff rushed to shut the door as we pulled up. I had to insist they reopen it in order for us to place our order, even though the store was still within operating hours. (After asking what time the inside open, the employee that rushed to close the door yelled 9:00 to try to get us to leave)
Once inside, one of the employees displayed a poor attitude because the manager, Warren, instructed them to allow us in. We were told to collect our food and leave immediately, which made the experience very unwelcoming. Additionally, during the transaction, another employee was on the phone, which came across as unprofessional. The food wasn’t cooked well and it felt like they RUSHED our food to hurry and get us to leave.
The only employee (Zahara) was the only one that had great customer service.
Overall, the service was unacceptable and left me uncomfortable with the idea of purchasing food from this location again. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which was not the case here.

Flew in from Utah and needed a little place for a snack! The lady at the register was fantastic! The food was spot on! Corn dogs, burger, onion rings snd more were all so yummy! But the shakes… oh the shakes are so good! Chocolate banana peanut butter and just a strawberry shake…oh my goodness! So good and thick and creamy!

Customer service really horrible at this location. Pull up in second drive thru lane they had no cone present to let customers know that lane was closed or wasn’t being used. Sat there for way too long nobody said anything. Not like they can’t see you when they were looking right at you on drive thru lane. Also, they have cameras as well. The doors were locked so couldn’t go inside. Since the Covid experience, some restaurants feel it’s cool to lock the doors and only use drive thru. Don’t think corporate knows how nasty and lazy their employees are. You businesses want our money and hire slack people.Do better Cookout at this location and any other location where customers service isn’t priority. Don’t work in fast food if you don’t want to do your job. Treat people the way you’d want to be treated. That was unnecessary and preventable it’s what you get paid to do. I just decided to leave because of the foolishness. I also had a large group with me so it’s there lost. Need to stop supporting these businesses that don’t support their communities. They don’t deserve one star.

Fast friendly service. Food is pretty standard, prices very reasonable. Standard cookout setup inside for seating. Gotta love that the ice cream machine is always working, on I believe this location closes kinda early. I tried going here one late night and it was closed by 2 or 3am, best bet go to sonic next store if this place is closed.

Waited in line with one person in front of me for 15 minutes while the second line had five People who had gotten there after me have their orders taken and handed out Then when I pulled up, nobody said anything for 10 minutes If your lane isn’t working, maybe be close it? People aren’t going to come back I know I’m not you got people in there that knew the whole time and just didn’t do anything about it they didn’t even try to get my attention. So if u want fast food from a drive through go somewhere else. Also most add I told my girl friend about this when I got home cause I had to go somewhere else and she said it was like this at 11:30 am when she went to get lunch so for 6 hours they knew it wasn’t working and didn’t put signs up or try to do anything about it.

I just moved to Columbia two weeks ago, I absolutely fell in love with CookOut. I’ve been 5 times in those two weeks. Lots of cool unique options, the ordering of Tray’s took me a few visits, but I finally figured it out. (You can do a Corndog as a side?! Or a Walking Taco, which is AWESOME. Everything’s been on point, glad I found this place. (I’ve been to three separate Cookouts, this location is the best spot by far)

The food is great ! Very fresh . Made when ordered +++ the price is perfect ! Family of four – we all got full trays and drinks ( including shakes , tea and a soda ) …$25 bucks. Can’t beat it! The burgers were yum ! Meat fresh and cooked just right . The home made chilli…we are taking some to go. Oh and the employees were nice…I have kids…so many options they were frustrating me…but not the cashier lol . Enjoy!
