This it’s a nice location. We stopped on a road trip to give the kids a bit more to do than just fast food. Food was good and hot and the store was very clean. The arcade games were all working and $10 in credit bought a couple games each for 4 kids. We really liked it!

Best value to feed a hungry family, and it seemed every family in town was there on a Friday night! Loud, raucous and fun!
All you can eat, including beverage, for $11, and even a game room! Pizza, pasta, salad bar and dessert. We fed our family of three – including a teen with a bottomless stomach – for $33 and change! Next table over was the college baseball team enjoying an evening of camaraderie. The rest of the place was packed with families of squeeling toddlers toddlers to teens letting off steam, while relieved parents relaxed and watched the organized chaos.
The atmosphere was loud, but happy.

Cheap prices with average food. The salad bar had a fair amount of toppings. There was good variety of pizza on buffet. However the brownie was floury and cinnamon rolls were soaked in salted butter. Sad that there was no good dessert to end the experience.

Food quality is bad more often than good. Riged games, 5$ per attempt on cut rope with the mario prize. ((Dont waste youre 5$) hold the button if you try it (dont let go) and watch from the side for proof. Manager is nice, provided food replacements for old/unappealing food. Environment is actually terrible. The kids and family aren’t an issue. It’s the other customers that get on top of you in your area to sit. Not sit beside me so close your nearly touching my family. Hate it anymore. Just overall terrible.

this place is amazing the food is always fresh if you don’t see something you want they’ll make it for you and you can even get your own personal pizza! the staff and managers are very friendly and super helpful! the store always looks to be in good shape and very clean (the busser is very sweet!) i’d say the only downside is the other people who don’t know how to act or that just let their kids run wild all through the place and games (shame on yall!) love cicis will be coming back for years to come!

Called in an order, the order was not right, incorrect pizza orders. Ordered lemon pepper wings and it look like they just took a whole bunch of pepper and dumped it on top of the wings, not edible. If you wouldn’t eat, don’t serve it to customers. First time customer and I definitely won’t be returning.

It’s good because the kids light up when we go here and are always willing to finish their plates and then some! It’s not bad food just not high quality but it is worth the money. Salad bar is always fresh and the buffet food is always hot. You can also order a personal pizza at the end of the buffet and they will make it for you in no time. My husband had a flatbread pizza made and it looked better than any options they had out. Wish I had gotten a pic and then the kids get to play with the arcade style games for a bit before going home. Win/win for parents!

I don’t know the name of the manager, but I did talk to him, tall, fit, kind of bald (sorry). But he’s very professional, friendly, down to earth, he seems to create a very nice work environment.
Employees seemed to like him.
