Starbucks just consistently underpays and overworks.Their employees, I don’t work there.But I definitely see this. The money is only going up. I got the protein matcha.Drink costed eight dollars and five cents. All it is is a little caramel wave protein and matcha.I’ll make that at home. Fill the tiny glass, mostly with ice. It’s a ripoff. Will never return. It’s the epitome of corporate greed.

I get that it’s not ideal to come at 15 minutes til close. I get that you already cleaned up and you’re counting down the minutes to go home, but it’s a closing time for a reason. Attempted to order customized drink in drive thru. Multiple people on headsets made the process unbelievably confusing. We ended up not getting the drink, because they made it so difficult. Frustrating, to say the least.

I went through the drive though today and ordered one drink and two cake pops I always come here for the friendly environment and never have any issues until today I asked the girl working the window she had an eyebrow piercing for a water with my order and she looks at me and goes no we’re too busy and walked away from the window mind you there were only three other cars in line behind us I’m not trying to cause any issues but I think that it’s wrong to tell you paying customers no I would have paid for the water if I needed too I just don’t understand

The Staff in there always has a smile and a warm greeting. They work to make sure your order is complete and if you don’t know what you want they are patient and will offer helpful suggestions. Took my little one there for a morning birthday refresher and she loved it!

Stopped here on the way back home from a conference. Had to go inside to use the restroom so ordered inside as well. Large Starbucks with several different seating options. I wish something like this layout would make it to our area. Coffee itself was good. Restrooms clean -unisex and handicap accessible. Lots of outdoor seating. Right off 74 interstate Shelbyville.

I’m leaving a review because of the incredible treatment of my service dog by staff. Not only were they warm and welcoming, but they respected that he was working and addressed me rather than my dog, all the while still being kind to him in the process.

Horrible service. Waited in the drive thru for over 20mins and then they made the wrong coffee. Ordered on the mobile app a hot vanilla latte and an iced vanilla latte and got both iced. Then the girl at the window said “well that’s a manager thing” and told us it was ordered wrong on the app. No, no it wasn’t, my tag on the coffee doesn’t even have”iced” on the name. Ended up leaving with the wrong coffee because of the long wait holding us back.
