It took longer to wait in line in store, with only TWO customers ahead of us, to order two large “Frosties,” than it did for us to drive the 20 minute drive to the store.
Gotta keep those drive through times down? Sure, but when you have six, that’s 6, different employees including the manager, on duty look at you while you stand quietly, respectfully, and attentively waiting for service… and the employees are just standing around…
Card in hand, ready to go, but… we weren’t important. Clearly.
It had been over a decade since I visited this location, it was bad then, it’s worse now. I won’t go back.
Two Large Frosties have managed to aggravate me enough to never go back in to that Wendy’s, probably any Wendy’s again.

Incredible customer service, very good attention and it is a very cozy place to spend with family. It is a very clean place and the people are very friendly, 100% recommended. We come from Texas and it is nice to see the quality of humanitarian and customer service. I’d give zero stars if I could. Cashier demanded a tip before I started ordering and even after I ordered she wouldn’t give me my change back. “You gonna tip me or no” is what she said. Took me saying no and that I wanted my change 4 times before she reluctantly gave me my change.

I don’t get the chance to eat often at Wendy’s & when I do I get to Dubuque I get what I like. I Enjoyed my meal. The young black lady cashier who waited on us had just started & got all 6 of our orders correct during a rush hour. The food was hot & delicious. The service was exceptional. Thanks to Wendy’s new employee.

November 6th today for lunch we tried Wendy’s which used to be my favorite, # 6 spicy, while still a good sandwich, not my fav anymore, fries could have been filled up more, and kids had jr cheese burgers and they truly are “jr” sandwiches.

I went there with two other people through drive through. I ordered the bacon jalapeno crispy chicken, bacon jalapeno cheddar fries and a lemonade which makes this a pricey meal for fast food. They skipped out on the onion tanglers and the cheddar cheese sauce that belong on the premium sandwich. Normally I would have been long gone and wouldn’t have bothered going back there however I was waiting on my drink that they also forgot about so while I am waiting I check my sandwich out and inform them that it was missing key toppings for their premium sandwich. They apologized and wanted to make it right. . However I hadn’t checked out the fries yet. The bacon jalapeno cheddar fries were over loaded with jalapenos no I did not ask for extra. The bacon on it was way over cooked and they were like burnt bacon bits over it. I felt like they put scraps they get off the grill from cleaning it off. The second chance sandwhich had the onion tanglers but was missing the two pieces of American cheese and the cheddar cheese sauce The manager apologized and took responsibility for my order and gave me a free sandwich but nothing for my fries. I usually would be grateful for any type of free food but I felt like the food was sabotaged and would not recommend eating there for someone’s amusement.

Do not order from here. Literally worst sandwiches I’ve ever seen. Take a look at our Asiago chicken sandwich and bacon jr deluxe burger….literally smashed bread with a spoonful of mayo. Embarrassing. Just quit if you hate your job.
