Immediate regret. Filthy, some nostalgia, rubber food, polite staff.
I ordered chose to dine in, this was a mistake.
I entered the dining area, saw it was a ghost town, and then had to start the search for a cleanish table, several were dirty and one was broken.
Then the food came. The curly fries and mozzarella sticks were pure nostalgia, taste just like you expect. I did forget the “marinara” sauce is disgustingly sweet, but thats easily enough skipped.
The basic roast beef sandwich was notable because the bun was inedible and so rubbery that my teeth couldn’t get through it…yes I couldn’t bite through the top bun. I recoiled at this as I watched my bite marks slowly disappear as if the bun was regenerating. In the end I took the advice of Doom guy “Rip and Tear” and got a peice off. I was not able to chew it so it was soon spit out. Classic frozen, microwaved thawed multiple times texture.
The shake was ok, and at this point that was high praise.
The staff was polite, and they did realize it was dead silent in the dining room after some time as when I was have done eating/fighting/giving up and throwing out the food, the erie silence was replaced with a sudden blast of “ROCKIN ROUND THE CHRISTMAS TREE!”
If your craving what you had as a kid, save your memories gets some fries and stop there.

I got the Philly cheesesteak Deluxe the #6 and the perfect way to describe it was just slop. Grey and tasteless on a soggy bun that they “cut” in “half”. The fries were delicious as per usual

I know it’s becoming common for AI to take your order at the drive thru box, but there’s absolutely no reason for that AI to try to upsell me 4 different times before finally telling me my total

The restaurant was clean and inviting at 8 o’clock on a Thursday morning. Managers were visible, talking to guests and servers were attentive and explaining the menu to guests. our breakfast were served accurately, even with special instructions and very quickly.. this was our first time to this location and we will definitely go back.

TERRIBLE service. The black lady working at 6:40 on January 5th who claims her name is Octavia, yelled at my in the drive through window, name calling and screaming all over a small fry. I received my fry that was a quarter full and asked for new ones, when I was instantly called a liar! I ordered my food at 6:33, and got it around 6:41 when would I have time to eat half those fries and lie about it!? Screaming and name calling is petty, and the management just stood there watching like this is allowed to happen!? She should definitely NOT be working in costumer service. Get this girl out or I will never be back. Unacceptable. Arby’s check your staff before they wreck your whole store.

I hope the Gyros are here to stay. Haven’t been to Arbys in a while but usually get the classic roast beef sandwiches when we do. Glad we changed it up and tried the gyros. Tried both the classic and turkey version. Both were really good. The yogurt they used was tasty. This location gave us a good amount extra on the side which was appreciated. Place was super clean in the lobby when we got there and the staff was very friendly. No complaints as our meal was delicious.

I felt it was only the right thing to do and leave an honest review of our terrible experience today at this location. My wife and I generally go to one of the Arby’s locations in the east valley area about twice a month. Today our lunch started with a guy at the register that could not even bother to greet us and say hello. Then he put the order in wrong, next we went to sit down at a table, that was seriously broken and dangerous. All of our food just about went on the floor, as the table top was not even attached and started to fall off. Next, both of our sandwiches were disgusting tasting. The bread was old, stale, rock hard. I would highly recommend avoiding this location, so you don’t get sick or even worse, seriously injured from their broken tables. F- Rating.

After 40 years of dining out, this is my first review of an Arby’s restaurant. And i have to wonder- why did I wait so long? Forty years of eating out makes you realize that some fast food might taste good going in, but a few minutes later the dread of having ingested the meal has settled into both your stomach and your mind. And this is what sets Arby’s apart from all other fast food places that serve meats (burgers, chicken, hot dogs, etc) – when you are finished, you actually feel like you ate something reasonably healthy and it doesn’t sit like sludge in your stomach!

Today, i had a market sandwich (Turkey Swiss). I also ordered a 2 for $6 special, for which i chose a regular beef & cheddar sandwich and a gyro. Of course, the market fresh sandwich tasted excellent. It was fresh and looked like something i would make at home (if i wasn’t so lazy). Only their sandwich tasted better than what i would make. And it was reasonably health ingredients. The traditional Arby’s beef and cheddar was my guilty indulgence.. the melted cheese can’t be that marvelous for my health, but i let myself believe that the roasted beef is a nutritional counter balance. It was tasty and like i remembered. Finally, the gyro was surprisingly tasty and light. The pita was very fresh, light and fluffy, which i loved. The gyro meat was actually nicely spiced and decently light as well. I really was nicely surprised how good it was.

I recognize that Arby’s isn’t the same as a gourmet deli, but you really can’t complain that a fast food restaurant has made some actual homemade quality sandwiches with their market fresh approach. They are tasty, reasonabky healthy and certainly affordably priced.

On top of the very good food and reasonable prices, the restaurant was recently remodeled, the inside was very clean, the staff was very kind and helpful and the whole experience was very good.

It’s been a while since i frequented Arby’s, but i will definitely be back. I used to think they were just beef sandwiches, but now i will be back for their market fresh selections. Officially now my favorite fast food place!

Staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious. Would be 5 stars but they get a little pricey for a fast food place.

I’ve ordered the fish sandwiches from McDonald’s and other places but by the time I sit down it’s generally cold. I was pleasantly surprised that my food was still hot and fresh by the time I got home. Keep up the great work. The Arby’s in California are not this good. Thank you for making me a customer again.
