I have never had a problem with this Wendy’s until today! Well and a few weeks ago. I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger and got back to work there was no bacon. So today I was like let me check and sure enough there was no bacon. I tell the girl working the drive through she says sorry takes the burger back and closes the window comes back with another bag and hands it to me. I almost drove off and was like let me check. AGAIN! No bacon so I go back through the drive through and let her know there’s no bacon! She come to the window and say a I can keep the burger they will make a new one and they were all laughing like it was funny staring at me through the window! Pretty sure they did that on purpose! Anyway the burger was dry like it has been sitting for hours and the fries were cold and stale like they had been sitting for hours! Cashiers name was Alex. I go to this Wendy’s all the time and have had no issues before! Wondering what is going on! New staff? Train them better cause how do you forget the bacon on a bacon burger!

I’ve been here a few times but today’s my first time in the building. The bathrooms were clean and the cashier Kay was lovely.

I’m heartbroken the ghost pepper ranch is off the menu, though. And the gaps in the toilet stalls leave no room for privacy. But that’s a company issue, not the workers here.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. I went in to ask for sauce after going through the drive through. instead of explaining they cost 50 cents the employee just told me no because it didn’t come with what I bought and I had to ask manager to get it rung up. Even then the manager gave me attitude about it.

The air conditioning system is EXTREMELY cold but I’m sure this is to make uncomfortable those who are PAYING, UNHOUSED customers. Most of the staff are WITHOUT name badges so if someone WANTED to HONOR THEIR SERVICE, you’d have to ask for their names. Sometimes, MANAGEMENT leaves NEW EMPLOYEES to fend for themselves at the front counter and sometimes act as if helping the front counter associate is a NUISANCE. The machines are MORE OFTEN than not without syrup refills during rush hours and sometimes the tables aren’t being cleaned after customers dine in. The food is STILL bangin, which is good and the BOO BOOKS are one of my FAVORITE ITEMS to purchase for this season because I LOVE ice cream and the proceeds go to a GREAT CAUSE. I believe with proper management and training these little issues started can have an AMAZING turn around.

My hamburger was not cooked. You can still see the pink. No wonder why everyone is getting sick. I’d avoid this place if you don’t want stomach issues. When I called to tell them, they asked me to drive back to show them the sandwich to prove I wasn’t lying. Who knows how many other people had under cook food today.

I am very upset with the service I received at Wendy’s today around 2 p.m. I ordered a Cobb salad without tomatoes, but the employee told me the salads are premade and that my request couldn’t be accommodated. I know this isn’t true, because I worked at Wendy’s two years ago. When a customer makes a special request, the proper procedure is to build the salad from the ingredients in the fridge, leaving out what was requested.

There was no rush at the time, no cars in front of me or behind me so I don’t understand why the order couldn’t be made. What’s more concerning is that the manager on duty didn’t step in when the employee refused my request. If a manager has a headset on, their job is to monitor and take control when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction. In this case, that didn’t happen, and it left me very disappointed.

Bad job to the manager for not handling the situation appropriately.
