This place is great for casual dining of Taiwanese food here in DTLA. I was able to get a table reservation for 20 which is nice but it’s also a casual order and dine in place.

We had a prix fixe menu that had many of the menu items. The beef rolls, popcorn fried chicken, vegan mapotofu, three cup chicken and fried tofu & mushrooms were excellent. The hakka mochi and smashed cucumbers were delicious and refreshing. Overall the food was great.

The staff was very attentive and nice. They came over several times to check in on us and see if we needed anything. The decor and atmosphere is cool and a modern. Lots of spacing for individuals to sit at and eat and it’s fairly well lit.

The Dan Dan Noodles are a must! Any of the pork bun options are perfect! Always love to come here for birthdays or small celebrations as the atmosphere and customer service is amazing. They do have non alcoholic drinks available by the register line. Also sell milk cartons and full wine bottles! Sake too; always a fun and delicious time here. Bathrooms are clean and I leave full and happy every-time. Always a must for a girls night in DTLA

On approach, there was a small line of people waiting to order. I was looking forward to the Dan Dan Noodles, so I join the queue while checking the menu. A helpful staff took my order and showed me to my table.

The noodles definitely lived upto expectations. The softly cooked noodles were complemented by peanut sauce, thin strips of refreshing cucumber, coriander and sesame seeds – so smooth and creamy. The Forbidden Rice Pudding was a satisfying combination of black sticky rice, chewy taro and sweet potato balls and coconut milk.

Service was a little patchy overall except when the original server who took my order passed by – he was attentive and on point. The place was bustling from the weekend lunch crowd, clearly a popular choice for many. I’m sure this isn’t my last visit to them – next time I’ll try out the other offerings on the diverse menu.

The dumplings are good, great service and atmosphere. It’s a westernized and fancier version of Class 302 but with less menu options. The minced pork rice and beef noodle soup are decent.

It’s order, pay and then sit down to eat bistro. Pretty authentic Taiwanese plus Chinese fusion style food… the waitress is quite friendly as well. Love their outdoor patio with mesh curtain!

The only complain is for the restroom. According to my male friends, there’s only one toilet (no women and men) and toilet paper were all over the place.

Other than that, it’s a nice Asian food bistro!

This restaurant has become a family favorite and we eat here every time we visit our college son. It never disappoints! We are always pleased with how quickly the food comes out after placing our orders & it’s always delicious. Some of our favorites are the Beef Roll, Panfried Pork Buns, Three Cup Chicken, and Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken. It’s really good to order several dishes & share, and the restaurant encourages this by having small plates available to use. We leave happy and full every time.

Very tasty Taiwanese food. Just like being in Taipei (but more expensive). Fried chicken, fried rice cakes and mushrooms, Dan Dan noodles, won ton, fried potstickers, smashed cucumbers, vegetarian mapo tofu and peanuts+dried fish were wonderful. Wash it down with Taiwan pijou

The food here was absolutely superb. You walk up and order food before grabbing a seat. Service is friendly and pretty fast. Highly recommend the Dan Dan noodles. Not pictured is the eggplant, but it was cooked perfectly.

Friendly and attentive staff. Good selection of Asian dishes although they’re more westernized. But it hits the spot. Modernish industrialish space with outdoor seating that’s screened off and heated.

What makes this place great is the consistency of the quality and flavors of their food. A great variety of authentic Taiwanese dishes. This time I enjoyed my breakfast rice porridge with all the accoutrement bringing me back to my youthful days in Asia. Only street parking but on Sunday street parking is free.
