I don’t usually write reviews, let alone 5-stars, but this visit to Burger King was absolutely worth it. The manager was very attentive and made sure everything was running smoothly. All of the employees were working hard (not distracted on their phones), and the restaurant itself was spotless.

My food was made fresh right in front of me, served hot, and exactly as I ordered it. It only took me about five minutes to write this review, but the experience deserved it. Great job to the team here — you earned it!

Beyond ridiculous service from the drive through lady who ripped the receipt to not show name. I will be escalating this all the way up for the hypocritical treatment. Ive been going here for years with no issue till my displeasure of having to deal with Kelly in drive thru. Everytime before with those in drive thru stating “Welcome to Burger King where you rule” are always helpful and awesome. Friday i decide to pass other food options and go here to buy some breakfast and get to work. Kelly starts with the slogan where you rule, I order my meal get to the window, mind you no one else behind me, she gives me the total, to which I ask if I can add another item to my order. Kelly’s response was without hesitation “No, you’ll have to drive around”. Sigh. I have asked this before when wanting more or adding something I forgot when ordering and NEVER have an issue the person rings me up, hands me my food and on my way I go. After stating the slogan she contradicts the mission statement and refused to assist unless I left rhe drive thru and drove around for one more breakfast sandwich. Why? To start the morning off with that nonsense is unnecessary. Why didn’t Kelly’s just assist me, theres no one else behind me. I get my receipt and see she ripped the top part off to know show any other information that could come back to her. Why? Has she done this before? She obviously knew she said something that bothered me to the point, that she ripped the top of the receipt so I wouldn’t have the info needed to complain. It doesn’t make sense and was uncalled for be it early in the morning, all because she felt entitled in some way to refuse my ask and or has to adhere to some drive thru wait time metric. I have reached out to corporate, sent emails and revised my review with more context. I passed MCD’s, Wendy’s, Taco Bell and IHOP to go here, just to be told I rule and yet refused an ask for additional money to spent here, because I had to drive around again. Smh, all the years ive been going here for one person to turn me away. Kelly that was unnecessary and you should know better. Just doesn’t make sense and is contradictory of BK’s slogan of “Where you Rule”. Doubt anyone will read this and actually care to make it right and regain my loyalty. Thank you for your time and attention.

Tonight we came in for ice cream, as I know their ice cream cones are very affordable. I didn’t expect the wonderful service. Patricia, the assistant manager was especially kind to my children. Her staff was all equally as welcoming. They seemed glad to have us in, not bothered like many establishments at night near closing. I appreciate them treating us so nicely, as we have had a very hard week. Thank you to the staff!!

When I walked in a lady was very pleasant and took my order and gave us our drinks with a smile on her face and then brought us or food not even 5 minutes later!! It was hot delicious and all way round an amazing experience, if you want a cheap date and feel nostalgic sit in and eat at this Burger King!

The actual in-store purchasing process is fine, I had no issue there. However, if you need something delivered, or God forbid something is missing/needs replaced because of damage – then you’re in BIG trouble. These people never answer the phones, and their website conveniently does not work. I have done the 45 min – 1.5 hr wait times on the phones 5 times – and that was just to get my item delivered properly. Now when I call to get items sent that were missing/damaged I get “All circuits are busy” every single time I call. I have been trying to call them for 2 weeks now.

So I tried to email via the website – they have a nice section to fill out your information and submit your needs but THERE IS NO SUBMIT BUTTON anywhere on the website. The only way I could submit was through the non-United States side of the website (no chance this customer service team can figure out that my order is from the US). Not even sure what to do at this point, and will never have anything delivered from them again

Place a mobile order from work and drove about 3-5 minutes to pick up my order. The food was delicious, but it was at room temperature, warm not hot.

3rd time there and 3 issues can’t get order right 1st time order whooper got chicken… 2nd time tomatoes green on sandwich nasty figure try one more time this time missed order did not realize until home should have checked so went back up 30 minutes later gave me same sandwich been sitting under heat lamp and that was manager thought that was OK. Will never return… if you use drive through expect order to be wrong or items missing

Nice burger king. When we visited it was clean inside and so were their restrooms. The food was good and fresh but it still is fast food so you got to be realistic with the food your’e buying and not expect a gourmet dish. The employee’s were nice and the service was quick.
