Just ate my lunch at this location and the food was excellent and the order was perfect. Only had one interaction with an employee whose name is Michael and the entire time I was there he worked very hard and was super polite and helpful to all the customers! We will definitely be back!

This review is aimed at “Taco Bell” as a whole, not this Taco Bell specifically. The customer service here was fine. The service was quick. I went through the drive thru. Everything was normal until I got home and started eating. We all get our cravings, and tonight, I felt like some good ole Taco Bell. I’ll make a long story short. If you’re over 40 and remember how Taco Bell tasted in the 80s and 90s, you’re going to be extremely disappointed. They charge like you’re eating at Nandos, but their food is absolutely 100% crap. And I do mean . . . CRAP. My best advice is to find some place else to satisfy your late night taco craving. Complete waste of $37, and my craving was definitely not satisfied. Completely disappointed.

My 1st experience is my last. Not the Taco Bell back home in MN. I tried to figure the box deal on the app before using the drive thru. The young kids on staff were more interested in goofing with each other than serving your new customer. I’m not sure why but it won’t let me add photos. Tried the $5/5 piece nugget. They were burnt and i put a quarter next to them in my picture for size comparison… 5 burnt quarter sized nuggets for $5? Nahh. Do better or find a job you don’t hate.

I walked in and an elderly customer was standing at the counter. I went to the kiosk to start my order when an employee asked the customer what she needed. The customer said, “I want to place an order.” The employee told her to use the kiosk. When the customer asked, “You can’t take my order at the counter?” the employee said, “No, you need to use the kiosk.” The customer then left.
Afterward, the employee started trash-talking the customer, saying things like, “This is a fast food place — it’s not my job to take orders.” The employee was rude and disrespectful during the entire interaction.
Meanwhile, an elderly gentleman was struggling to use the kiosk, and none of the employees offered to help him. They just stood there and watched.
This Taco Bell gets orders wrong at least half the time, and now apparently taking orders or providing basic customer service isn’t their job either? Even though this situation didn’t directly happen to me, this was the final straw. I will never be back.
The level of disrespect I witnessed was unbelievable. Taco Bell should review the video of this incident and take appropriate action — that employee’s behavior was completely unacceptable.

Had my order wrong different then what I ordered on the app.Left there with one thing less than what I ordered Some guy I never seen before argued with me about my order.When I was missing two things.He was hanging out the drive Thurs window pointing at the street yelling at me to leave because I cussed at him and said he was calling the police!The most crazy experience at fast food ever!! Been going there for 25 years.Then to top it off the food was crap.They have been very inconsistent with how they make the food there.

Ordered online and it said they wouldn’t start making it until we got to the drive through. This was very obviously not the case and it had been sitting there. Only gave half (at best) of the requested sauces. Didn’t mark any of the drinks so that we could tell what they were. Worker was rude and shut the drive through window in my mom’s face when she was in the middle of trying to ask a question. Food was good, even though it was more on the cold side, but t he service left a *lot* to be desired.

Would give zero stars if I could. I’m out doing food delivery with just myself and my one year old twin boys it’s 10:40pm and raining .. 50 degrees out I have two orders so I roll through drive through remind you no one’s In drive or at the store for that matter. Scruffy manager walks up like hey we don’t take deliveries in the drive through until 11. I make it aware that I have one year old twin boys you think it gaf then had the nerve to move slow when I came inside. Rude & ugly ( inside and out )!
