All Sonics are operated well, but this location is always top tier.
What prompted this 5 star review is that the car hop Amber was making the rounds checking to see if all the customers are still good after receiving their orders.
I’ve personally thanked the manager Avery for their excellent service and quality of food.
We discussed how great Amber always is in her cheerful service.
All of the staff here is great at service.
This location will continue to have my loyalty

The service was good. However, I asked for no veggies and ended up with a dry sandwich. And my drink was supposed to be e a large coke well they me more ice than drink like why is it clear up to the C in the sonic on the cup. (The pink cup is supposed to be a 30oz cup is for reference only)

The music was not on the loud speaker, the shake mix is sour. The service was good they took care of my order and answered me again when I click the button. Based off the reviews, the chili cheese tots are not the thing to get. They under portioned the chili on the tater tots. It looked like they took old tater tots and put them in the fryer to make them look like they’re new! Because those tater tots were definitely soft and they should be crunchy. ordered a Coke and they gave us a Diet Coke that was flat . The corn dogs were spectacular! The fries were almost fresh. I can understand why these reviews were all one Stars you can definitely do better.

We went through the drive though and the lady was so nice I don’t normally leave reviews on drive through but I was so impressed with her customer service. She was very kind in the questions I asked. She did this location well! Her name was Miranda! She did a fantastic job!! She needs to train these other places how to treat customers!

The carhop was polite. The food was horrible. I ordered a medium order of fries. The fries looked like they were a small and they were also were not hot or warm. I should have gone back, but I had already headed home. I was very disappointed.

I tried to order in the drive through for lunch. They couldn’t hear me on the intercom because there were 3-4 people blowing leaves in the parking lot. I pulled forward and eventually Valerie came out and told me they couldn’t hear me but I needed to be at the intercom to place my order. I tried to give her my order and she still yelled at me that she couldn’t hear me. I said nevermind and she started saying “no ma’am, you don’t come here being rude”. I tried to explain that it wouldn’t matter where I was is she couldn’t hear me have to face. Then she tapped my car door and said “have a better day.” Really awful service. I left without purchasing anything and won’t be back to this location.
Maybe have your landscape people come when it’s not during the lunch hour. There was nothing I could have done to get my order taken clearly.

Bacon was burnt. And so was the extra that I paid for. As well as the extra chili.
I asked the manager to come out and look at our food, and he wouldn’t even come out. He just kept talking to us over the speaker.
We will never go back to this location.

I usually love coming to this sonic but the last few trips have been frustrating. I ordered the #2 Triple Smasher and 2 times in a row there hasn’t been any smash sauce at all. That’s what makes the burger! It’s just disappointing without it. What the heck Sonic??
Also, the sprite I ordered today was just soda water.
Please get back on being the best sonic I have gone to.

I went to get my favorite drink which is a 44 Oz cherry limeade today and got excellent friendly service from ” Miranda” who was so professional and her greeting made me wanna come back to just this location only for her great customer care! Please give her a raise and a trainee position on how to make a customer feel valued because she did that for my family and I today! We ended up ordering 3 more drinks and a grill cheese just because! Thanks again Miranda, and we will be back! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
