It’s Freddy’s! They do great steakburgers! Service was fast. The restaurant was clean. The restrooms were also clean for a fast food place. We tried their new tater tots. It was crispy, but their fries were seasoned better. I also order their patty melt, which is my favorite, and the hubby always gets the original double.

Stop hiring kids thats all im going to say. Very rude obviously have no manners or customer service skills. first time I’ve been to a Freddy’s, food was great, good fries and smash burger, loved the food. Went inside to eat, and my order got messed up a little bit, so I went up to ask for it fixed, no problem, and the manager (?) kinda berated the other staff members in front of us for the mistake as she fixed it for them. Little jabs… kinda made me feel uncomfortable.

I hadn’t been to a Freddy’s in years, and we really enjoyed it. The kids loved the hot dog and chicken fingers, the adults liked the patty melt and steak burgers. I really liked their fry sauce as well. I’m not usually a cheese curds fan, but I liked these.
I tried some of one of the kids’ birthday cake shake, and it was very good. Super sweet and rich, but tastes just like birthday cake if that’s your thing!
We had a spill at our table and one of the employees came out to help clean up and was very understanding.
The one negative didn’t happen to us, but a guy ordered six Sierra Mists in the drive-thru. He came inside with the drinks afterward to say that they were just carbonated water without any flavor, and the employee at the front told him to get another drink himself and then just ignored him. Pretty awkward, and he got frustrated. But, like I said, it didn’t happen to me so there may have been more going on than what we saw.

Food was hot, cooked well, and it tasted great. Pretty quick service and the lady who took my order was polite. The restaurant was also generally clean, however it could be better. That’s why the atmosphere is knocked a star. Satisfactory experience overall.

The burgers are really good! They are thinner than your normal patty. The fries are thin shoestring so every one you get has a nice crisp to it. The cheese curds are also really good, a bit salty but still worth it. And of course you gotta get a custard shake! Its December so I got the peppermint oreo and it was decadent for sure.

I was a little skeptical of this place because it was almost 6pm on a Thursday and the parking lot was almost empty. But, I’m very glad we decided to try this place because I’ve always wanted to and it exceeded my expectations!
We first walk in, and the place is clean, looks good, and there’s actually a person standing the register. Amazing. And, she could actually carry a conversation. Think about it, that’s pretty impressive nowadays. Not to mention, there were like 5-6 people in the kitchen! Kind of blew my mind. Pretty used to going places now and there might be two people working if you’re lucky.
Employee at the register was polite, friendly, and altogether pleasant. The food itself was unbelievably fresh and the fries were hot and crisp and looked as if they were just made. When was the last time you actually had that happen?
Burgers were really good. The “custard” (why isn’t it just ice cream?) was really good too. Got the mini turtle thing, or whatever it’s called. Either way, it was really good!
If you’re looking for a nice, clean, friendly place, this would be a good option.
