Went in today for something light to hold us over until dinner. We tried the Ultimate Trio with Boneless Wings, Wonton Tacos, and Riblets. Wings were with Hot Honey and was super delicious with the right bit of heat to them. The Tacos were a nice surprise. Light with fresh veggies. It went well with the Mex/Tex dipping sauce. Riblets had a lot of gristle but I guess that’s why they’re Riblets. Always love to see management involved in the training and speaking to the customers. Atmosphere was pretty quiet considering they had only been open for less than an hour and not quite lunch time yet.

I ordered the Ultimate Trio because I looked it up online and it seemed like it would be a good deal. I got the boneless wings, quesadillas, and mozzarella sticks. I had no issue with the other 2 items, but the quesadillas I was thoroughly disappointed about. They were overcooked and way tinier than the picture listed on the website. It’s more than just it not looking like the picture, which I know is a common tactic most restaurants do, and there’s nothing wrong with that. The problem arises when the quesadillas are noticeably way smaller than what’s advertised. That is false advertisement, and I ended up getting much less value for the $16.99 price because of the tiny size of the quesadillas. Tastewise, however, the food was really good. And the Strawberry Lemonade was definitely a standout, it tasted amazing!

The food was delicious!! Our server Elvira was phenomenal. The two for 25 was so filling and delicious and it looked great on the plate. I’m sorry no pictures. We were hungry and it was good so you gonna have to see for yourself self. We definitely recommend going to Applebee’s on Atlanta Highway. You won’t be disappointed.

I placed an online order for the bourbon steak cooked medium and a house salad. My steak was cooked medium well to almost well done. My salad was placed in the bag with my hot plate of food. The salad dressing tasted horrible. This restaurant has become a disappointment.

Really pleasant people that work there. I have encountered 2 spectacular workers but I totally forgot their names. Been going here 10+ and never really had a bad experience. I go because the workers are always nice. Food is good. They welcome children and treat them very nice as well.

God blesses people like Carson who works for Pick up and Mr. Stanley the GM. Both gentlemen were incredibly nice and understanding. Carson promptly got to a manager as promised when I first addressed my concern and Mr. Stanley understood the importance of the issue and took great accountability. I am very satisfied for my encountering with both and wish great success within the business.

A manager there. An older black man. I asked the waitress his name she said it was Stan. As we were trying to enjoy our meal. Stan was screaming at staff it was awful. That man needs to be fired on the spot. It was a disgrace to sit there with my husband and children to hear the words out of that man’s mouth. The whole time he was there he did not do a thing. I work for QA, and this store would not pass in my book. Stan , you need to be fired !! You have zero management skills. I wil be making a strong complaint with corporate. We actually took a video. It’s going to go viral. Atlanta highway Applebees is NOT the place to go. Swearing at your staff in front of my children!! They even had a special ed girl there working (kiddos to Applebees for that ) until she got the rath of Stan. Stan You are a terrible human being. You do not belong in the service industry. I am going to personally request inspection on this store. And the bathrooms !! No toilet paper. Stan instead of yelling at people and sitting at the bar you should be managing I assume this location will let anyone manage. I cannot wait to walk in with my I pad and give you the score you deserve. Trust me , This far from over. Just an FYI… your scores are public knowledge. My husband nearly got up to tell him what he thought. I stopped him. Again, like I said , I have a much better plan. See you soon !!

The overall experience was okay. Our waiter was a little forgetful, but his customer service was great. Each time we got our drinks they were watered down from sitting so long. We were told there was a 45 minute wait to be seated, but it was more like 15 or 20 minutes so that was great. My steak was very tender but it was over seasoned, very salty. I also asked for my steak to be cooked medium, and it came out well done, no biggie. My husband’s food was bland and did not have very much sauce in his pasta. The kids seemed to like their food. So for the overall experience it was okay, would this be a regular stop, No.

My family of three came in around 7:30 tonight and there was no host by the stand. A guy came over to get us seated in the back. As we are sitting and waiting another couple came in and sat in the booth behind us and got a server before us. Our servers name was Tyler the same guy who sat us. Nice kid. They were out of food that we were trying to order and it became frustrating, The boneless wings appetizer was the best. My husbands medium well steak came out medium rare. So he had to watch me and my daughter eat. Manager was very apologetic and resolved the issue at hand. Really wish I would have spent 30$ somewhere worth it.
