Pastries were just average, maybe got to catch them when there are more freshly baked items available. Free garage parking is a plus.

Upscale bakery close to campus. Very clean and modern inside with a blue and white theme. A reasonable number of places to sit inside and a few tables outside on the sidewalk.

It is a serve yourself place with small trays and a variety of pastries both sweet and savory. There are also pastries already wrapped to grab-n-go of you desire.

There are a decent selection of coffee drinks, but they are all from fully automatic machines. Any coffee you get you will need to wait at the counter for.

Pastries are delicious, and may have to stop back for one of their pannetone-like creations.

I’ve been to Paris Baguette locations around the world and this was the worst one by far. The pastries are stale and borderline inedible, and when asking about their freshness I received a cold ‘they were all made fresh today’. Obviously not true, or the pastry chef needs replaced. Croissant donuts that absorb all the grease means frying temp is off. The bite should be light, not rubbery and soggy, the pastry cream shouldn’t be clumpy, and the icing shouldn’t be hard to the touch. Croissants should be chewy and not hard. I’ve tried this location 5 other times to make sure it wasn’t a fluke and each one was worse than the last.

Week 3 of our coffee shop hopping! 10/10 experience.
Presentation, ambience, parking, location! Very cute and bonus point a half priced book right next to it!

Great selection of pastries and sandwiches that are mostly self serve. Everything looks delicious. We got the sweet rice donut, chocolate croissant, and chipotle chicken sandwich (which I highly recommend asking for heated up!). Also got an iced mocha that was delicious. The whole place is very clean, pretty, and well lit, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to come back and try the other pastry options. (As a bonus you can walk to the half priced bookstore right next door!)

Pastries are amazing, thus come with a higher price than a national donut chain. Some are recommended to be heated, which seems to be done in a small oven rather than a microwave as they are still crisp and flakely, such as the croissant with egg, cheese, and bacon. A fruit pastry with berries and a chocolate pastry also given high praise. Did take out. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The parking garage is not well signed. You will initially be forced to turn left. Many pedestrians walk out with the vehicles. Pillars often block views of your vehicle backing up to other drivers, who are often driving too fast (slightly slower than Starbucks lots). Ending up on the right (west) side of the garage is ideal as there is a pedestrian tunnel to the covered sidewalk. If you live in UA etc, use the back exit, else turn right at the next street.

This new open Paris Baguette is amazing. This location is close to west campus. There are always a few people, especially in the morning, but items are always refilled quickly. Service is fast and friendly. WiFi is fast. There are some seats inside and outside. It is definitely a great place to work or hang out with friends.
Their birthday cakes are decent without too much sugar. The price is reasonable. It is easy to earn points through the app. A free cake slice is given on birthday.

We stopped this brand-new Paris Baguette location during our family’s spring break trip, and it was a delightful experience overall! Having been to the Easton location before, we felt this new spot didn’t quite match that one in terms of overall vibe, but it still offered plenty of delicious choices that made our visit worthwhile. The bakery’s signature handcrafted pastries, cakes, and breads were beautifully displayed, and we enjoyed sampling a few of their freshly baked treats. Everything we tried was tasty and fresh, though we felt the selection and experience were just a notch below what we remembered from Easton.
The staff was a highlight—super friendly and welcoming, they made us feel right at home and were happy to help us navigate the menu. Another big plus for this location is the convenience of the free parking garage right behind the bakery, which made our visit hassle-free in the busy Upper Arlington area. While it didn’t quite reach the same level as the Easton location for us, this Paris Baguette is still a great addition to the neighborhood. It’s a solid spot to grab a warm pastry or a gourmet coffee and enjoy a little taste of Paris in Columbus. We’ll definitely return to try more from their menu!

First visit. Got a slice of tiramisu and a slice of cheesecake. The cheesecake was terrible, I told the associate I was concerned it was old ( it was hard to the touch and tasted off). She told me it was fresh and left it at that. So either they have really bad cheesecake or they are not as vigilant about freshness as they claim. Either way I won’t be going there again. I understand all sales are final no returns or refunds but if you serve me old or bad food I feel like that should be an exception. The associate wasn’t rude or anything but not a fan of that customer service and I really wouldn’t trust anything else in the store at this point.

This was my first time at this store, my friend recommended it, anyways if u don’t eat pig stuff and it’s derivatives be careful or maybe go somewhere else to eat, it’s hard to tell if what they sell has pork on it or not, just double check.
