Great atmosphere and location. Food was fantastic. I had the salmon – omg, cooked just right, with beetes and crab. So good. My friend had lobster ravioli with pesto. For dessert, creme brule and penut butter ice cream and brownie. Tim was a great server, very attentive. Place was lively, had live music in the bar area. Would go back for sure.

Food was great and had steak friets. Had the peanut butter skillet for dessert. Lemoncello spritz was awesome as well. Service was top notch never even had to ask for a drink refill. Server was always there to take a drink order and let us get dessert. Great atmosphere very friendly and helpful. Answered questions about storing whine and club membership. It was an excellent experience.

The meal and appetizer was delicious. I got the a chicken dish. I forgot the name of it but it was like a chicken marsala. I would have thought you would get a side dish with that but just the chicken but it was absolutely delicious and it filled me up. My husband was very happy with his meal. The best part of the evening was our waitress Patty. She had the best attitude and never stopped 1 minute. I told my husband I saw her smile at every table she walked by while working

I’m not sure what happened with this restaurant in the past 18 months, but the quality took a nosedive. This used to be my go to steakhouse in the Saratoga Springs area, but after my meal last night I wont be returning.
The menu went from a classic steakhouse to more of an overpriced italian bistro. The land and sea roll used to be an amazing sushi roll. This time it came out as some weird tater tot concoction that lacked taste. The “aged burger” was no better than what you’d get at a chain restaurant (but priced at almost $30). I normally would order a steak, but after the appetizers I realized that this restaurant has decided to cut costs and quality across the board. Even the bread for the table which was formerly some really nice baked bread was generic and plain. My wife’s salmon was clearly farmed salmon that was slimy and tasteless.
I’m not sure why they decided to take the restaurant in this direction, but at the price point they are selling at, there’s no way it can be justified by the lackluster quality. To me it comes across as trying to ride what this steakhouse once was.

The biggest disappointment by far was the food. The pancakes were flaky and falling apart, the French toast was dry, and the pasta dishes were lukewarm and just “okay.” Even the mac and cheese missed the mark and could have been an option for children. That said, the children’s menu was extremely limited to fried items only, and my 8-year-old didn’t even like the French fries. If kids didn’t want fried food, there were really no alternatives.
The dessert station was also underwhelming (and the presentation for kids was lacking). The cupcakes were dry, and although the soft-serve ice cream sounded exciting on the menu, the setup was tiny and not exciting at all — such a missed opportunity for kids.
Gratuity was pre-added, yet the service was not great. The overall atmosphere also lacked energy — the music was barely audible and it simply didn’t feel very festive.
For the price and reputation, we truly expected more. The restaurant is beautiful, but we expected a much more magical holiday experience.

I went here for Thanksgiving yesterday and left extremely disappointed. The turkey was the biggest letdown. It was dried out and incredibly salty, but the worst part was realizing it had clearly been run through a deli slicer the day before, stacked into a pan, and reheated on Thanksgiving Day. You could see the uniform deli-style cuts and feel the dryness from being cooked twice. For a holiday meal, this felt careless and unacceptable.
The sides were just OK, nothing memorable, which only made the turkey situation stand out even more. It completely ruined what should have been a special Thanksgiving dinner with my family. And at $72 per person, for a restaurant that is well-known and usually held to a high standard, it is shocking that they would rely on pre-sliced, deli-style turkey instead of serving a properly carved fresh roast. How do you mess up the centerpiece of Thanksgiving this badly?
I honestly wanted to ask for a refund, but I didn’t want to embarrass my family on a holiday. For a place with this reputation and price point, I expected so much better. I hope they take this feedback seriously and dramatically raise their standards for future holiday meals.

This is such a beautiful venue. The grounds are spectacular. The customer service is excellent. I do want to dine here next visit. We attended The Feast of the Fields yesterday evening, and it was a great turnout. The event was a fun-filled, delicious evening featuring top chefs preparing small plates from fresh ingredients harvested by local farms, along with enticing products and drinks from local producers. A silent auction filled with items and experiences from local businesses and artisans.

We are local and love Prime but our last Saturday dinner was disappointing. The foods were too salty from starters to entrees. Btw the fish was good. The service needed a better organization and communication between staffs. The starters came out but they didn’t know that they were ours. Our entrees were served but the ustensiles were missing on our table… the Tiramisu was good and the chocolate cake was too dense and too sweet.

We had a great dinner at Prime last night. We started the evening sitting outside but then a storm blew in. The staff did an amazing job moving everyone indoors as seamlessly as possible. It was impressive! Without missing a beat our waiter Tim continued his attentive & outstanding service. It was a lovely evening and we really enjoyed ourselves. The filet was amazing! Thank you.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday in this fantastic restaurant and we had a blast. This great restaurant offers a fine dining experience in very exquisite unassuming surroundings. All three courses were cooked to perfection with splendid tastes. The guest service was superior. I would give them 10 ☆ My favorite place from now on!
