What a surprising and incredible experience! Whoever cooked my food around 10:15 pm on March 5th 2026, wow! Just wow! It was cooked so well it was some of the best prepared “American Mexican food” ever. I had a steak grilled cheese burrito which I’ve had several times and several taco bells, this was cooked so perfectly and tasted nothing like what I was used to. Tasted better than I imaged was possible. Everyone who are said it was by far the best Taco Bell food ever. Taco Bell corporate needs to find out who cooked our food and pay them a ton of money to go around training every cook in the country, I swear your sales would skyrocket. I wish I knew who it was, but I’m traveling for work and can’t go find out or you’d see their picture posted on this review. Great job, what an amazing surprise for a quick stop after a late night of work on the road. Thank you mystery Taco Bell employee.

We ordered 20$ worth of food. Only had a 100$ bill on us and they said they couldn’t cash it. I understand that a lot of places are going cashless. But until they have signs out that say no cash I feel like they should at least be able to change out a 100$ bill. Also wasn’t very helpful at all. Just basically told us we can’t change it out didn’t offer to hold our order while we went and grabbed change or offer us anything. We eat at this taco bell all the time

This place never gets out order right. 2 out of 2 times within same month I’ve gone through drive thru and I’ve had to turn around and go back. Check your bags. First time they didn’t even give me half my order, second time I ordered an grilled cheese burrito and they gave me beef supreme. A third time I ordered they got it correct but it was pathetically made. I ordered 3 crunchy tacos and I got home and there was literally maybe a tsp of meat and lettuce and cheese; 3/4 of the taco was just the shell. Just make sure you check your order before leaving the parking lot. This is the only Taco Bell I ever have issues at and maybe if they didn’t have kids working where they are just standing around talking and laughing they’d pay attention and focus on getting orders right, it’d be better

Drove there to order the meal for 4 and was told we had to download the app to order that. We downloaded the app, ordered, paid, then waited 20min. Our food still wasn’t ready. The guy said we had to pay for it there, we showed him that we paid and he refused to listen. Got the manager, and showed him. He was rude about it, but couldn’t deny the confirmation number. Finally got our food and it was terrible! Barely any food . Half of our quesadillas were empty on one side.

Walked in and gave them a written takeout order of (5) Build Your Own Luxe Cravings Boxes for $9.99 each, as advertised on website MENU, with burritos, soft & hard tacos.
I was told that the BYO boxes were only available if ordered thru the “Taco Bell Mobile App”, which I didn’t have. I had to order all items a la carte. Instead of spending a total of $50, it cost me $75.00.
Staff was nice and apologetic about it. But really, that’s just wrong. I’m now very disappointed in Taco Bell.
Also, DO NOT ever get Taco Bell to go. I picked up food at 4:15. Family sat down at home to eat it at 4:30. Everything was cold, soggy, stuck to the wrapping paper…

I normally enjoy my experience here at taco bell. Most of the employees are respectful and kind. But there is one boy I belive his name is DeShawn. Continues to make gay sexual remarks to me and is very unprofessional in a workplace environment. He comes up to me everytime I come in and I have expressed to him I do not want to associate with him but he chooses to walk up to me and continue to make explicit remarks. I hope the taco bell management will do something. Thank you!

Went to the establishment not only was the drive-thru guy rude as hell but the assistant manager that I called back to speak with was just as rude. Don’t know her name but she’s the assistant manager with blonde hair I suggest you stay far away from that place food tasted disgusting as well. Not only were the people rude but the food tastes like dog food

the service was terrible i waited 12 minutes exactly in the line while seeing the workers talking the entire time. and after i got my food they did not tell me why my wait was that long.
