I’ve come here several times before moving to Yakima — back then it was only while visiting family, and unfortunately the service was always horrible. Now that I live in Yakima I’ve tried this place 3 more times through the drive-thru, hoping it would be better, but it still hasn’t improved.

The ladies working at night are always fooling around — hugging, playing, and being rude instead of focusing on customers. When you’re waiting at the window for food, they never ask if you need sauce, napkins, utensils, or anything else. Even when they can clearly see you through the window, they ignore you because they’re too busy having fun.

The food quality and handling is also very concerning. There is constant cross-contamination — I get walnuts in my beef and broccoli bowl, even though walnuts shouldn’t be there, and I’m allergic. I also get carrots in my chow mein bowl when I didn’t order them, and random ingredients mixed into my orange chicken bowl. This shows a serious lack of care and attention when preparing food.

Customer service and food safety should always come first. Sadly, this location fails at both. I really hope management addresses these issues, because the community deserves much better.

Whoever management and crew are working 10:35 pm on 11/20/25 are doing a horrible job. Please work on this you guys get payed the same hourly rate now as you do mid day theres no reason for you guys to be lazy and less efficient. We tried ordering chicken teriyaki and another dish, but they were out and its before closing so okay we left that alone because we didn’t want to be a hassle. Then we ordered cream cheese rangoons which was placed at 10:17 pm because they said they would make it and it would just be a wait. So i get my order and pull over to the side like they told me while i waited for them. I walked in at 10:35 to see what was going on and was asked if i wanted something else, but i said no because i didn’t wait for anything else they were offering me. I then noticed one of the employees grab a bag to actually place the rangoons down because im assuming they forgot. Minimum wage is what now like $16? Theres no reason they should be earning this if this is the type of productivity being done. Horrible service please go back to training.

Food is a hit or miss with freshness. Sometimes you might get some very good pieces of orange chicken or a lot of tiny pieces of only breading.

The Chicken Teriyaki tastes like cooked bloodclots, the rest of the food is decent, it just had to be said
If I was in that kitchen I’d have a stroke, big ups to the crew cooking some damn okay-tasting American Chinese food
Always better to online order the food and pickup inside rather than hit the drive thru

Ordered a plate with fried rice, orange chicken, and Beijing beef. Fried rice was white steamed rice with veggies mixed in, the chicken tasted foul, and the beef was more breading than meat.

Do not eat at this location

Had a very pleasant experience at my latest visit on 08/04/25. The restaurant was clean; the staff was friendly and attentive. I want to thank Cassie and Sheila for their kindness and exceptional Customer Service at my time of visit. They are definitely customer service oriented, and they made my experience the best one I’ve had thus far at any Panda Restaurant.

Make it make sense…
This place has a “triple verification” process to check order contents to ensure “100% order accuracy”, yet still failed to box up half of what the order showed on the receipt.

Quality control here is garbage. Cook burnt food. Employee server served up burnt food. Didn’t see it until we got order home. When we tried to call the phone is off the hook. Local store was unwilling to remedy. I contacted corporate and because we ordered online corporate refunded the entire order. Thank you panda express corporate.

Not bad for a quick Chinese place. Came in and since it was my first time I took a minute but the lady was patient and explained it. I will say you get a whole lotta food for a small price. I got the regular plate size and it filled me up plenty. Tables were sticky and dirty but other than that not bad.
