How are you advertised as 24 hours but not open 24 hours?! I went to this location to pick up an Uber Eats last night at 3:30/3:45 AM, mind you, I came out of my way to do this delivery because the offer from uber was great. Get to this McDonald’s, and there are three cars waiting in drive thru. It’s 4 am. We are all picking orders up. Doors are locked but there are workers inside cleaning. The car in front of me starts knocking on the drive thru window since time is of the essence when doing Uber Eats. Well, the dude inside, looks straight at us, and went in the back to hide. How ridiculous. You’re accepting orders and taking peoples money but then not allowing them to pick the orders up. Thieves. And I lost that entire order(didn’t get paid, not even a dime) after traveling 20+ minutes to pick it up. This store sucks. Don’t go here.

I had a great experience at this McDonald’s location. The staff was friendly, service was fast, and my order was accurate. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which I always appreciate. Overall, very efficient and consistent with what you expect from McDonald’s.

i never write reviews i literally just made a google account to make this one this is the worst fast food place in delco the food is just never good the only reason i go to it (once a year maybe bc i still try to give it hope) is bc its the closest one to me but i ordered orange juice ok and as i was watching her fill it up i saw she filled it up half way and then moved the drink to a different section n filled up the rest i thought maybe she ran out n had two orange juice spots n filled the rest i go to drink it and it tastes like straight water she filled the rest of it with water like going to drink orange juice and only tasting water is something i wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy its disgusting

Ive gone here about 3 times, each time took ages. Waited about 20 mins for jus a veggie burger and nuggets for my mom. When we got to the window, we waited another good 5 minutes for our food which i saw was just sitting on the counter by the time we pulled up. Also they somehow keep managing to burn a veggie burger lol Decently nice workers though.

this place shouldn’t be legally allowed to be open. It’s not only bad food and very bad service, but it’s dangerous. It’s up to the locals in Brookhaven, to stop using it. Even the owner of this particular McDonald’s has no clue what’s going on as you can see him responding to the negative posts. Trust me he knows and if he doesn’t, he shouldn’t be the owner! PERIOD. This is one of the worst McDonald’s on the area for service. Especially might shift, it doesnt take you over 45+ minutes to make two breakfast sandwiches and a hi-ci drink. They need to do better at this location. It’s very disappointing

I never really leave reviews but this McDonald’s by far is the WORST!!! There’s no excuse for customers orders to be hard, old and not warm at all. If I could give 0 starts that’s what they would get!! And also there’s no ice as always.
