Easily the worst, reheated “chicken” sandwich I’ve ever had. There is better quality from a Tyson microwaved chicken sandwich from any grocery store. And that doesn’t cost over $10. Dirty, smelly, rude, as the other reviewers state.

I never send poor reviews. I just never go back. However , I truly feel like this location needs to be looked into. I always have the worse experiences at this location. The service is…I don’t even have the words. Unfortunately it’s the closest to my home, but from now on I will never go there. They don’t have any of the food yet they process orders as if they do, and then refuse to refund. Conveniently we can’t request a refund through Customer Service due to it being closed. It’s really always something at this location, and I am over it.

Really, insanely fast hot food. I was really impressed there service. I am updating this since the first two sentences I wrote. I went there tonight and they were closing from lack of staff but they did a really great job. They helped me out I was the last one in there was a rainbow over the Wendy’s. And it was beautiful these people were so helpful on the inside one of the guys names was well I can’t say but his name began with a j. And he was great. There was no wait and it was very mellow. Recommend for my family friends and anybody else.

I strongly advise against dining here, regardless of your hunger level. The staff exhibits unprofessional behavior, including neglecting to wash their hands before handling food. I have witnessed unsanitary practices, such as an employee engaging in illegal activities outside. The building’s cleanliness is also a concern, and the food appears to be old and cold. Furthermore, the manager displays a poor attitude. I hope the authorities take necessary actions to address these issues and consider shutting down this location due to its unsanitary conditions and unhealthy practices.

Employees sitting around doing nothing. Told me I have to go inside to order food even though I’m handicapped. I will be filing a for.al complaint. Said anything more than 2 meals I had to come inside. I’m in a back brace and boot and my mobility is limited and then while my kids were inside they had the audacity to talk bad. They are horrible and need to be replaced as workers because if you don’t like your job find another one!

They stealing ppl money very slow they locked doors so you caint ask for your money back and will take an hour to make a simple chicken sandwich that$8 I’ll never spend again and I wouldn’t recommend them at all just use a little more gas it’s not worth the service and I still don’t have my food or my refund

Never again. I ordered a big bacon classic combo with only lettuce and ketchup w/baked potato as the side, and a frosty. Instead I got a burger with everything on it and a bunch of old soggy fries that I didn’t even want. When I called to let management know I was returning the food and wanted a refund, he was incredibly rude. He refused to give me his name, told me he didn’t care what was wrong with the order and I may as well keep it cause he wasn’t giving a refund. When I tried to ask for the order number since I didn’t get a receipt (they claimed they were out of receipt paper), he kept overtalking me then called me out of my name before hanging up on me. Getting the wrong order was bad enough, but after getting cursed out by the manager for requesting a refund for THEIR mess up, I would rather starve than go back to this place.

Placed order in drive thru, I was given half of my order and was asked to pull up and they would bring the rest out. I asked for a cup of water and was told that I couldn’t add anything at the window because I had to pay for the water. My daughter went in to get water and was told she had to pay $7 for a cup of water, she got into a shouting match with the cashier who was clearly being petty. She finally returned to the car in which I was sitting there 5 minutes in by this time waiting on fries! minutes after that a guy came out to bring the fries and we were told our wait was so long because no one wanted to bring our order out. Needless to say I will NEVER patronize this location again!!!!
