Sat in line for about 10 minutes 1 car behind the drive through menu. The car ahead of me beeped, and finally got someone to take their order. Now its my turn to order. I waited a few mins then said “hello”. They took my order….not its jist the car ahead of me and me waiting to get our food…(I guess they only 2 cars at a time) So I waited another 10-15 minutes to get my food which everyone knkws was garbage…tacos soggy, burritos cold, Mexican pizza tasted like cardboard….WORST TACO BELL THIS SIDE OF TJE MISSISSIPPI

I spent an hour here on a Saturday—clearly because I had nothing better to do. They messed up my order THREE times! After being patient and giving them three chances to get it right, I finally demanded a refund. The employee tried to argue, insisting that he’d gotten the order right on the third attempt, but I had six soft tacos in my hands to prove him wrong. Not once did he come to the window to apologize. The other staff just stood there, confused, asking if I wanted a full or partial refund. Honestly, how hard is it to get an order right after three tries?
For context, I asked for two soft tacos with no cheese—just meat and lettuce. After driving back to the location with tacos that had meat, cheese, and lettuce, they gave me two remade orders of soft tacos with just meat and cheese.
I have no idea why they couldn’t manage to get a soft taco with just meat and lettuce, but at this point, I can only wish them the best. If they couldn’t manage this after three attempts, I hope they find success in something else.

Got my order yesterday and looks like one of the workers took a bite out it. It’s the perfect size and shape for a mouth. I checked the wrapper to see if maybe the tortilla got stuck and ripped off but nothing there.

I’m so sick of this. Drive through order The food got even smaller. 27 dollars for five items. You can no longer tell the difference in size between a burrito supreme and a bean burrito. They were all wrapped the same and we had to open them up.
Basically much Less food at much more price.
This is why I stopped eating fast food, but let my daughter talk me into it. Next time I say no and make burritos at home for 1/16th the price and five times the food.
Note, service staff was excellent for the drive through. This is only about the food received.

Wow. We will never go to the Westlake taco bell again. Every couple years we try them again and still, they never have what we want and the freezy had no ice and was warm syrup and they practically threw the stuff at us and we don’t trust that the tacos weren’t contaminated out of spite even tho we weren’t mean so we aren’t even eating it. Went in the trash. What’s the point in this taco bell at all? And 3 or 4 yrs ago the managers at this one wouldn’t cooperate with giving the police footage from their security cameras when we had an incident, like they didn’t want to get caught or in trouble for not doing their jobs properly. Even the police were shocked at their unprofessionalism. Unbelievable.

After placing an online order we arrived AT 9:00pm on the dot to locked doors?
We were forced to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru just to pick up an already made order that they then shorted us on the things that we already PAYED for.
We went back around the drive thru and waited about 15 minutes, got told to wait in the parking lot infront of the building and they’d run it out?
After waiting in the parking lot for another 15 minutes we decided to call and explain that we were missing items.
The “crunchy” tacos we had ordered were all mushy and essentially just slop, the cinnabon delights we had received seem to have intentionally been double fried since thats one of the items they forgot, as you can see they are fried to a crisp on the inside and out.
I am not allowed to swear on reviews but I am fuming, I wish to meet the Neanderthal that made my order so I can demolish them in gladiator style combat and lay waste to their probably crummy apartment room.
I hate every single worker from here and I wanna bonk their heads like dumbbells because that’s what those clowns are, dumb bells .

Their fryers were down which of course they cannot be faulted for that. However they kept locking the door while customers were inside. No sense of urgency at all, and after waiting way too long my food was not made correctly.

I’ve only ever gone to this location twice. First time, when we pulled up to the speaker the workers voice broke up and we had no idea what they even said. Next thing you know they are yelling “Hellllloo?!” into the mic. Besides that they forgot our chips and when we went to get them it was literally because the same worker didn’t want to grab new chips (other worker made it loudly known). The second time was today (picture as example). I only ordered the nachos, customized it, and PAID for extra nacho cheese. When I pick it up, not only did it take 20 minutes to get the food, I opened it up and had definitely not extra cheese and the “light beans” just slopped to the side. Unfortunately it was the same worker working. Will not return to this location.

I came here from Dave & Buster’s because Dave & Buster’s tried to sit me in a dirty table so I refuse to eat there and I got horrible service there but then I came to Taco Bell I got my order taken by a nice young gentleman who was very studious and did his job perfectly his name was Giovanni and he should be employee of the month!
