Super easy to place and order online and go inside for a pick up. Food was made fresh and tasted fantastic, easily the best fast food burgers you can buy! 10/10 everytime and great location in here. Parking was a bit difficult, the plaza is insanely busy here on weekends

What can I say? Most takeout in this region are a hit or miss. This Shake Shack is consistently missing ..SOMETHING in my opinion. I ordered cheese FRIES today….I got cheese FRY. There was BARELY any cheese. Fries tasted old and overcooked. I am utterly disappointed. How hard is it to just squirt more cheese? Doesn’t take much thinking.

First time coming to this location. Love the kiosk ordering machine. Still there were more people working than customers. I got a text to pick up my order, went up to the counter, but the staff were all too busy chatting. They all had their bodies turned away from the counter and chatted loudly. The other staff making food saw me and one other customer, they didn’t acknowledge us at all. It was hard to even chip in to ask a question. Finally they finished their chatting and turned around to help us.
Food? Fries and chicken nuggets were like overnight leftover. Very very dry and overly salty. Chicken shack is also terrible. I guess that’s why they are doing chicken Sunday to get rid of all the terrible shacks. Ordered a half and half, worst drink in all different shake shack across the country. It’s so watery, my husband even asked me what is this supposed to be?

$13.90 burger? (included tip) This? Is this a joke? Misleading and no way look like advertised picture. Saddest burger i’ve seen in my life. I would have picked mcdonald’s over this. I will NEVER come back. Btw, My bun was cold and hard and after 2 bites, the bun was cracking and falling apart, I think they used old buns for my order. This is sad, just sad.

We got takeout from this Shake Shack for our party of 6 and were pleased that our order was correct. Spouse had the bacon cheeseburger, I had a plain hamburger, we split an order of fries, and we each got the coffee and donuts milkshake. The burgers and shakes were perfect. I thought the order of fries was a little too small for the price, and crinkle cut aren’t our favorite, but overall, it was a great meal.

Shake Shack in Potomac,MD always has great service. I wasn’t sure about their Elote Crispy Chicken sandwich- Milene assisted me with patiently describing the ingredients of the sandwich and helped me decide which Chicken sandwich to order. No regrets, the Elote was yum! Also, Shamiya was a very efficient server.

Made an app order for pickup. It located in the Cabin John Shopping Center off Seven Locks Road. There were plenty of free parking. There were nobody at the front counters, so went around to find a staff. The bag of two items were ready at the time of promise. The 6pc Chicken Bites were crispy and tasty. The single ShackBurger was well prepared as expected.

Depending on who is working the grill / building the burgers, it can be an amazing burger eating experience, or a mediocre one. Today I may have gotten the best burger of my life.
Edit: last time I ordered two smokeshacks and when they came out there was no bacon on them. When I brought the burgers back to the pickup counter I was handed greasy bacon in a burger sleeve to assemble myself. I had to handle the greasy bacon with bare hands and stuff it into the assembled burger because they refused to reassemble everything and make it the way it should have been from the start. The manager didn’t care either. Very disappointing.

After one visit, Shake Shack has become one of my favorite places for a burger! Their Bourbon Burger is a flavor explosion, with a juicy patty, crispy bacon, melted cheddar cheese, and this amazing bourbon glaze that takes it to a whole new level. And let me tell you about their Spicy Cheese Fries…10/10. The whole vibe at Shake Shack is welcoming, the staff is super friendly, and I’m already planning my next visit to try more food! There was plenty of seating and parking. The men’s bathroom was a bit unkept…but it’s not a deal breaker (in my opinion).

Just ordered delivery through their website and was promised a delivery time of 31 minutes. Ended up taking over an hour. Food was cold and waxed paper literally glued to food since it was sitting in some delivery person’s car for an hour. The delivery person delivered several orders – apparently Shake Shack uses batch delivery (multiple orders for one driver) for their own website/app delivery – so beware.
