Jayden was are server she is an amazing server she got me and my boyfriend everything we asked for she also had good recommendations and she was very sweet and very fast. The environment was very clean and I will definitely be going back. All the food was hot and fresh and came out fast. 5/5

Ordered a mango habanero chicken wrap and fries to go. Fries were bottom-of-the-barrel hard, and wrap was completely devoid of any sauce. Always have good food in-house. Learned our lesson about to-go.

We went with a large party, 2 adults and 8 13 year olds. The restaurant was clean and Madison, our server was awesome, attentive and patient with our large table. The whole staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was just okay . . . I hadn’t been to BWW in several years. I think there had been some menu changes and they weren’t for the better.

My food was to be ready for pick up 5:10-5:20p, I did not receive my food until around 5:30p. I ordered a side of fries which were burnt and half empty and the same was for the fries that came with the meal. The chicken is AWFUL, no sauce and tastes flavorless. This is the worse Buffalo Wild Wings experience I’ve had. Poor service and quality of food.

I am very disappointed yet again in my recent visit to this store I first encountered disrespect and rudeness from a “manager” on a Tuesday about 2 months ago I let that go . This time I call twice to ask and plead that my food be made correctly and fresh and spoke directly to the manager on last night he said he will “check on it ” I specifically asked the cashier who answer the phone to please make sure the make the wings fresh this time because the last few times they have been dry and old tasting and I pay a lot of money just to have good food first the wings were mixed with like 3 wings that were not hard to chew into and tasted like old drawer set wings , I ordered a Chocolate cake I received no ice cream and no chocolate drizzle fries that came with my street tacos were horrible didn’t receive.y con queso dip I ordered and I paid over 60 dollars for this meal the sucky part is that I even asked before receiving the order to just confirm things would be aimed to be better then that last few times and this time just disappointing I use to really enjoy buffalo wild wings

Every time I oder pickup I never get it on time. Today it says pickup at 4:50, its 5:05 and im still waiting to pick up my food. The food here is good, I love bdubs but this is the only one near by and I have to typically wait 10-25 minutes AFTER the pickup time for my food to actually be ready. No matter how small my order is it takes forever.

Food is not that special and way overpriced. Burgers, wings, fries for the amount you’d pay at a steakhouse. The atmosphere of concrete floors and cheap chairs doesn’t warrent the price either. My mushroom Swiss burger was overly greasy, meaning they use a lower grade beef with a high fat content. The Swiss cheese was nonexistent, and the fries were overcooked. I don’t get it. Was the first and last time I’ll go there. The fact that they charge for chicken wings the same amount as a strip steak is ridiculous.

My wife and I stopped into Buffalo Wild Wings in Lee Summit, Missouri tonight we ordered our food or drinks. We waited for over an hour. We also went and without getting any food, we witnessed employees wrestling around with each other in the kitchen area, touching each other, rubbing each other’s heads handling food we also witnessed one employee going to the bathroom with gloves on for 20 minutes, coming back out with the same gloves on going back into the kitchen and grabbing food. The manager we had to stop (his name is Thom,) and tried to address our concerns and he said that he would address the situation and that he was sorry he was trying to get food out. We are very understanding however this is unacceptable with anyone that is in the business of food handling. While addressing the manager, he said, don’t push me when I ask him what he was going to do about it( the service )and then got in a defensive fighting stance towards me upon which my wife and I got up and left and we were told by the waitress that we need to just leave and all we were trying to do is find out where our food was and why we were not being serve served. Absolutely appalling!

If youre young, ignore this review and go enjoy life. If youre old and care about what goes in your body, press pause on the VCR or your Walkman and listen. The wings here are ridiculously salty! Honestly I have no idea how they smuggle so much salt in both their bone-in and boneless wings. Its not just the sauce. Even if you eat the wings with no sauce you’ll be sucking down water the rest of the night trying to deal with the massive infusion of sodium. I used to LOVE this place but I just cant eat here anymore. It messes me up for a day or two. If youre old enough to remember pre-Internet, be advised. Eating here has become like shotgunning a canister of Mortons salt. You’ve been warned muchacho!

Given drink menus not food menus. After 10 minutes I got the menu. Five minutes later the took our drink orders. Got our waters quickly. My soon waited 10 minutes for his beer. Took our food order. After 30 minutes no food. One hour no food we had to get home to pickup granddaughter from HS band contest. Put money on table for beer and soda and left.
They had a table with 30 people. No one else was served. They were there when we arrived and had not gotten their food yet when we left.
