Absolutely do not recommend this place they messed my whole order up my burger was cold all nasty looking not made correct my drink I ordered was a Dr Pepper it was yellow I don’t even know what they gave me fries were cold and only half way full will never eat at this place again and I recommend you to do the same

I’m seriously giving up on this McDonald’s. Ordered a QCB with my points. No mustard extra onions, extra patty. Got served one swimming in ketchup with mustard no extra onions or any pickles at all and very dry patties. Also ordered a medium dreamland shake. It was handed to me already melting and barely felt cool. I’m not drinking it for fear of getting sick. What a complete waste of money and points. Good thin they have good breakfast. I won’t be getting anything else from this location
Why is it the French vanilla iced coffee is always so bitter and never made correctly? Guess it’s my fault for continuing to order it. That won’t happen again. And coffee isn’t supposed to be orange.
6-17-25 went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. Person working took 4 orders for the inside lane while the truck in front of me and myself just sat there. Had to call the store to get things moving. The food was fine but ordered a kids sweet tea no ice with lemon. Of course no lemon and ordered a s’mores McFlurry with caramel and again no caramel added. If I didn’t pay extra for it I wouldn’t say anything but that’s basically McDonald’s stealing for customers. And it already looks half eaten.

This place is awful. No one can do their job, got a LARGE smoothie there the other day and it was genuinely 1/6 of the way full. I looked at the girl in the drive thru and said “is this it” and the girl just looked at me so i said “ok i guess so.” I’m not the type of person to even complain when my food isn’t right or good i’ll just eat it but I paid my hard earned money to not get really anything at all. They wait you in line for so long and just forget about you, it’s not the high school kids fault though. GM there is absolutely awful at her job and takes it out on all of them, she tells them to pull everyone up automatically, then it gets taken out on those kids. I guess it’s to meet her quota or whatever. Another day my boyfriend and I came in and waited for our food for almost two hours, there was a SWARM of people at the counter because everything was wrong, the poor girl there was just trying to keep everyone from getting behind the counter. There’s really no point in going here anymore it’s not a functional restaurant, you’ll either be waiting forever, won’t get the right food or BOTH but one is at least a guarantee. Those kids look TIRED and this place is in serious need of some new management. The seneca one is a little better but eh, I think i’ll save going to mcdonald’s for when i’m not the local area cause these are so dysfunctional. and before you say “follow this link” i already did and so have most people here probably, they still do nothing about it. don’t waste your time eating at this mcdonald’s.

Tried the new McCrispy strips 3-7-26,had to park and wait for 20 minutes. I think I got some that were not fresh cooked,these pieces of chicken simply weren’t edible at all. I will not be buying any more of these,my dog didn’t even won’t to eat them!!!!

Manger told the young man at the window to give me the bag that was incomplete when he was trying hard to fulfill my order properly, and it was short about $7 in food that I had already paid for. Ordered 3 different biscuits, only got 2. Ordered 1 hash browns, got none. Ordered a caramel latte, got a soda. I took the soda instead of nothing, but this was not a pleasant experience at all. If the lady had counted the items in my bag she would have known it wasn’t right, there was not even a long line behind me at the drive through.

I saw a guy who ordered sprite, be given sparkling water. He was clearly really upset, and had to fight with the workers to get the sprite. Apparently they tried to give him sparkling water and just pretend it was sprite, but he didn’t seem to let that slide. He was pretty upset about it and, seeing him be so dedicated to his medium sprite broke my heart. 1 star.

This is the worst ran McDonald’s I’ve been to and unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house. Sat at the drive-thru speaker for a good 7 minutes before someone acknowledged that I was there. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, just the sandwich. The screen didn’t show the bacon. So once I got to the first window and waited through another 5 minutes of the worker screaming at the others in the kitchen, I asked her if she selected the burger with bacon on it and she said said they were out of bacon. I said okay that’s fine I’ll go without and then she said if I wanted bacon I’d have to wait 7 minutes. So which is it? Out of bacon or just have to cook it up? Either way I declined the bacon and took my burger the way it was. Also, I was able to type the whole review while sitting in the drive-thru waiting.

I witnessed a man see a man’s absolute soul shatter over the lack of care in his meal, his feelings, and more than everything else, his sprite. That man spent 20 dollars, albeit saved his 30 cents for not rounding up, lowk on him. Anyway, he made attempt after attempt with absolute courage and prosperity in his facade that was inevitably crumbling under the weight or lack there of, in the service and food of these horrendous conditions. Never again, had left me numb, traumatized, and hurt. Goodbye McDonald’s, we will never forgive you.

The girl that took care of my order and the kid who brought our food was fantastic but how sloppy this food was thrown together was just unacceptable and the way management screams at the top of their lungs a teenagers is just ridiculous used to love this McDonald’s but the Management is rude and mean also food is being just thrown around with no real care
